This newly constructed cabin sits on the banks of the Little Red River, on a great stretch of the river for trout fishing or kayaking. The cabin is beautifully decorated with all the features of home. The kitchen, living area, master bedroom and bath are located upstairs for a great view of the river. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances, all the utensils, dishes, and cooking tools you will need. Master bedroom is furnished with very comfortable king size bed, wall mounted tv. The master bath has a beautiful big walk-in shower. You can enjoy the river view from inside in the living area or step outside to a huge screened in deck. Downstairs the guest bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, tv . There is a bonus room with a queen bed in it with enough room for a blow up mattress if you wanted to bring one, for a extra guest. The guest full bath is also located down stairs. The utility room has washer and dryer and is located down stairs as well. You can also walk out the back door to the downstairs deck. There is a carport to put your boat in out of the weather if needed. If itā€™s front porch sitting you enjoy, you will love the huge porch on the front of the cabin to relax and take in the beautiful country scenery. The cabin is at the end of a dead end road in a very quite area 1/2 mile from the boat launch at Ramsey Landing with lots of wildlife. Outside there is a covered area equipped with charcoal grills for grilling. It also has a private dock for fishing, parking your boat, or just relaxing.
The cabin is located in a country setting , in a very quite area. Because of where its at WiFi is not available in the area at this time, and cell service is sketchy at times. The owners parents live next door, if any problems arise. If you are in need of a trout guide, just let me know. I can get you in touch with some of the best on the river.

Very nice cabin, very accommodating!! The rooms and amount of beds was perfect, and comfortable, and the doc has an amazing view!! It was by far one of our best stays we had a blast and got to sit back and relax too!!

The cabin / location is great! Slade is a great Host and we thouroughly enjoyed our stay! The kitchen is nice. Master bed super comfortable and the master shower is large and awesome! The dock is great right on the river.

Had everything needed. We were small group but the house is set up nicely for larger family groups. Harveyā€™s Hideaway has all the spices needed and great grills for grilling.

Amazing getaway!

We thoroughly our stay! The cabin was roomy and comfortable. The outdoor screened-in porch was very comfortable and an amazing way to watch the river flow by. The fishing dock was nice and an excellent place to fish from. Itā€™s a great place to get away to and unplug for few days. Awesome communication with the owner. We will definitely be back! 10/10

Very clean, comfortable, brand new house

Pleasantly surprised with brand new kitchen and well stocked for all cooking needs, comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Short drive to boat access and river. Look forward to dock being installed at the house. DirectTv but spotty cell service. Enjoyed very much.

Nice quiet spot on the river.

The house is very nicely appointed. There is solid wood paneling on the walls AND ceilings. High end fixtures throughout. Master bed king mattress was soft and comfy. A/C kept us super cool, despite brutally hot weather. Inside was clean as a pinā€¦outside not so much, but it wasnā€™t a problem. We enjoyed our stay and would do it over again. Being able to have our canine family members there was a nice! Thanks!

Wonderful cabin on the Little Red River

The cabin is very nice inside and has great views of the river from the upstairs screened in deck. Our family could not have asked for a better place to get together and visit our family in the area. The host is one of the most personable and thoughtful we have experienced.

Great Visit

The house has everything you need. The screened porch was AMAZING and a must. Slade was a great host and answered all our questions. One item to note, there are neighbors on both sides, but still very quiet and peaceful, a beautiful area. We look forward to coming back in the fall to enjoy the fire pit.

Off The Grid

Really enjoyed this home on the Little Red. We fished from the dock daily and caught several nice trout. Place was well equipped with everything we needed. Owner is very quick to answer phone if you have questions. Master bath shower is impressive!. All in all it was perfect.

Beautiful house and location

Great stay! Beautiful house with comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, great shower in master BR and awesome screened porch. Owner was next door with parents and very quick to respond when we had washer issues. Would definitely recommend!
