Welcome to Cabin #12 at Lobo Landing, a cozy log cabin perfectly situated on the banks of the world-famous Little Red River. Whether you're here to fish, relax, or explore, you'll love being just minutes from Greers Ferry Lake, Sugarloaf Mountain, and downtown Heber Springs.

Inside, you'll find vaulted wood ceilings, a comfortable living area with a stone gas fireplace, Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The main level features a king bedroom and full bathroom, while the loft offers two twin beds. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for up to 6 guests.

Start your mornings on the screened-in porch overlooking the river, spend the day fishing from the property or launching your boat nearby, and end the evening around the fire pit. Cabin #12 is the perfect home base for enjoying everything the Heber Springs area has to offer.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was wonderful, the only challenge was, wish we were told that 10 foot on each side of us was construction of other cabins. We wanted a quiet, peaceful trip sitting on the deck and all we heard were saws, hammers and noise along with cigarette smoke. So it wasn't so pleasant.

We loved this place and have never slept better. It was so peaceful and the wild life was amazing. A little red fox came by to visit us each morning. Would come back for sure!!!

We had a wonderful time staying in this cabin. The host was very prompt with responses, everything was in good working order (we did have one night where the smoke alarms went off for no reason) and comfortably appointed. I would like to return in the future.

Fishing Fun

Enjoyed a really nice break with the family here! Accommodations were great! Very comfortable with a short walk to fishing dock if you don’t have your own boat. Also has a lot of great parks and activities nearby as well.

Beautiful clean cabin

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. We had a great time catching trout and then coming back and relaxing at the cabin. We ate lunch at the restaurant there at Lobo landing and the staff was very friendly! We recommend and hope to stay again!! Thank you!

Great cabin on the Little Red

The cabin is cozy, comfortable and clean. Nothing better than watching the Little Red roll by from the screened in porch. My husband caught alot of fish from the dock. A great stay all around and Hope to come back soon.

We did enjoy our stay overall; however, we were disappointed that we were not informed in advance that there would be active construction on both sides of the cabin. The noise was significant throughout the day, and we were unable to fully enjoy the deck until after 5:00 PM each evening.The construction workers were polite and respectful, but having numerous unfamiliar workers around the property during our stay was somewhat uncomfortable, especially since we were traveling with our teenage daughter.We also had a maintenance worker arrive while I was alone at the cabin looking for a downstairs area, even though the cabin does not have one. That interaction was unexpected and made me feel uneasy.While we may consider returning in the future, we will definitely be asking more questions before booking. We believe guests should be made aware of nearby construction and any potential disruptions before their stay.

Cabin 12 Lobo Landing Great Stay

This is such a nice, clean cozy cabin. My husband and I and our adult daughter, our 20 year old grandson and our 2 dogs spent a long Memorial Day weekend here. We loved the screened in porch overlooking the river!!! Melanie was so easy to communicate with and everything was just as pictured and described online!
