Cape style beach retreat designed to reflect an easy-going coastal lifestyle. Ideal rental for families with adults age 35 and over, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 9 comfortably and is ideal for families who are looking for a comfortable home to enjoy while on your beach vacation. This home features an expansive layout with an oversized great room. The outdoor pool is situated among the beautiful cottage-style gardens where you can sit and relax after spending a nice day at the beach. In the Fall of 2020, we updated the back yard with fresh sod, sprinkler system and new fencing that opened up the yard to its full potential adding about 30 feet of additional space (see new video added to photos). Located in a very quiet section of Brielle, the ocean and river are both a short bike ride away. Dog friendly home. Beach Chairs and 2 Daily Manasquan Beach Badges are available for use with rental. Only rented to families, no parties or young groups please.

The perfect rental

Everything was perfect! The pool was amazing. Chrissy was super responsive. The house was immaculate, well stocked, and just minutes away from everything.

Great home and host

A+ stay! The house is very clean and comfortable. Every room is inviting. The beds are so comfortable. The home has all the amenities you may need. The pool and outside patio are an added bonus. The pool is spotless! We spent the day enjoying the pool and private outside sitting area. The house is tucked away in a quite neighborhood but close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Chrissy is a great host, very easy to deal with and extremely accommodating. We would absolutely stay again!

House it was perfect ! The outdoor pool and backyard perfect oasis to unwind .

Our entire family enjoyed . Bedrooms were super comfortable. The backyard was perfect with nice lounge chairs and dinning area to have morning breakfast outdoors

Fantastic place to stay!

Chrissy's home is fantastic! It is close to the beach, is spacious and clean, and has the most fantastic pool and backyard space to hang out in! Even inside (even on rainy days!) it is bright and open--we found ourselves hanging out in the house a lot! And Chrissy was very kind and responsive! Thanks for the wonderful stay!!!

Lovely in every way!

Chrissy's home is absolutely beautiful! The pictures on VRBO do not do it justice, each room was super comfortable and cheerful. We spent most of our stay enjoying the beautiful pool and patio area. Chrissy was very communicative from the time we booked to our departure, she answered all questions immediately and could not have been more kind. We hope to book with her again next year.

Cozy Beach House

We just returned from renting this property in Brielle, NJ. The house was beautiful and super clean. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The house has a beautiful beach decor and beautifully renovated bathrooms. The outside pool is a plus- it was large and totally private. Our family enjoyed the pool and the outside grill was super convenient. The house is conveniently located next to Manasquan beach, which is a great beach in the Jersey Shore. The owner, Chrissy, is super responsive and made everything so convenient during our stay. She is a great host.

Nice house and great host

We spent fives nights at the house in June and everyone had a great time . The house is near downtown shopping area, and is only 1.5 miles to Manasquan beach. Check-in was easy and the host was great! Chrissy is one of the best hosts that I have seen! She is super responsive and well organized. The pool is big and clean, which is one of the highlights of our trips. The house also has a grill, which is super convenient :). We are definitely coming back again!

Wonderful home and host

The property was as as advertized and very clean and inviting. The neighborhood is very quiet and family-friendly. Our host was extremely cooperative and accomodating and she made our stay wonderful. The pool was inviting and a welcome relief on a hot day and there was total privacy lounging poolside. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay on the Jersey Shore

The home was clean and comfortable. Chrissy made the reservations and check in very easy. She says she is still remodeling/upgrading the property since purchasing, but it was in very good condition as is. The home is a short few minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of the beach and boardwalk and is located in a quite neighborhood. Note it does back up to a cemetery but that did not bother us at all. The backyard pool was a wonderful place to cool off and was very clean. The kids enjoyed it. The beds were well appointed and comfortable. The home offers all the amenities you may need, with a grocery store just a couple miles down the highway. We couldn't find a toaster for breakfast items. Internet worked well also. In short, it was a cottage like home in a great neighborhood. We would stay again and recommend it to anyone considering the area. Chrissy is a great host. Thanks Chrissy.
