Perfect location and layout

House is perfectly located in point - very close to boardwalk and downtown. The house is super well laid out with an amazing backyard and pool area. We’ll look forward to staying again.

Great House for Family

House was perfect for extended family of 8. Lots of space, quite location, grandkids loved the pool, close to beach and boardwalk. Everything you need for a week down the shore included in the house.

Loved it!

This property was so ideal for us! We had four adults and five children and had plenty of space. You can’t beat the location; a five minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and a three minute walk to the playground and ice cream. The house was clean, well organized, fully stocked, and beautiful! We have added this to our list of places we intend to visit again. We absolutely loved it!

Endless Summer

We loved the property, the house was gorgeous and everything was working and looked new. The location to the beach, town, and train was awesome, short walks. The pool was a great feature for our group as we were in it everyday, and love to sit outside. The manager / owner was very attentive, and call me back within minutes to discuss the pool heater, and they are so nice. The only downfall was we had to leave. Thanks Kim & husband as we want to come back next year!

Great location and pool

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The pool was great for kids with both the shallow and deep end, and the distance to the boardwalk, beach and playground was perfect. The beach entry point that it’s close to was also the one right by the lifeguards (who are very spaced out). We were able to walk to ice cream too. The only consideration if you’re a light sleeper is that it’s close to the train tracks, but this didn’t bother us/our kids. Kim was a great host, very responsive. My only suggestions for upgrades would be kitchen pots/pans, and can opener didn’t work well. House was clean and had plenty of space. We would stay again!

Pool was a godsend!

The place was like brand new walking in!! Very, very clean and and had everything you could need for the kitchen. The pool was warm enough for me to get in, so it was wonderful and refreshing! I rented linens for the whole house so they might want to change what is written about the bunkbed room. Only one set and a futon couch. Never saw anybody come to take care of pool, when we arrived there were many leaves at tue bottom but couldn’t find a skimmer to use. I would of gladly gotten them. These were minor issues so by all means, rent this house, it is everything they say it is!!

Hi Wendy, Thank you for the feedback. The pool service comes early Saturday mornings and if the gardener next door comes after, the leaves unfortunately get blown into our pool. We are trying to come up with a better solution. We will definitely leave the skimmers out. Glad you had a great time! Kim M

Perfect Vacation

This home has everything you need. Our family enjoyed the pool and the beach/boardwalk is just a short walk away. We saw the fireworks from the house which were awesome. The owners are very accommodating and want your stay to be perfect. This was our second time here and already booked for next year!

Amazing Family Get-Away!

We loved this vrbo! House was wonderful! Pool was awesome! We grilled every night, walked short distance to beach/boardwalk in the morning and again at night. Saw the fireworks from the balcony! Definitely would stay here again!

Love Little Silver Paradise!

What a beautiful stay at this little piece of paradise by the lake and so close to the beach. The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family. We had a great time and looking forward to come back next year!

Beautiful and Relaxing

House was clean. Owners want you to enjoy their lake front home by providing bikes, beach toys and cart. Pool and deck were wonderful and we used it more than the beach. Kids loved the bunk bed room. Kitchen had everything you need. Nice park right down the street too. We already booked for next year!

Amazing! Photos don't do it justice!

We just came back from an incredible week at this property. We've rented in Point Pleasant before, but never in a home that was this nice and well-equipped. It didn't feel at all like a shore rental, but like a home that we were guests at. The owners were extremely pleasant and responsive to any questions. We are planning to return next year for 2 weeks! Highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway at the Jersey Shore

My wife, 4 kids (including teenagers) and I loved the week we spent at this house in Point Pleasant Beach, so much so that we have already booked another week for next summer. This new, stylish, tastefully decorated and spacious house met or exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is ideal, just 7 minutes walk to the boardwalk. We used the backyard pool every day and enjoyed the view of the lake and the geese from the elevated backyard deck. The kitchen design was great and it was very well stocked with kitchen utensil we needed to cook our meals. My teenagers used the bikes that come with the house, and for those of us using cars, parking was very easy due to the the street parking passes as well as space for 3 cars in the driveway. The house location is great, not just for beach access but also for the nearby supermarket and other shops which are just a 3 minute drive away. Even the wifi worked well. I can't think of anything but positive feedback to offer and we are already excited about our next visit.

Fantastic house!!! 10-person Thanksgiving holiday

This house was perfect for our 10-person Thanksgiving holiday. From the moment you pulled in to the driveway, the pictures were accurate and the house was so welcoming. We opened the door and to our delight there was a wonderful, large kitchen to work and entertain in, which is open to the living room. The living room has reclining couches that make you want to sit and put your feet up while watching TV on the very large (60" or bigger) beautiful Samsung TV. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and has enough china and silverware for 15 people. Not only was the sink large, but there were two of them (one in the island)! This made rinsing dishes a speedy process! The Samsung stove, refrigerator and dishwasher were a pleasure to use! The kitchen table is huge and comfortably seats 10 people. The bedrooms were great and had a very homey feel. This is the perfect house for a beach getaway. The beach is just a short walk away and the pool out back looked amazing (it was closed for winter during our stay). I opened the cabinet and saw all the plastic glasses for the perfect poolside cocktail--it made me want to rent the house for a summer weekend too. Upstairs the washer and dryer were stellar and the master bathroom has a massive shower. The 3 full bathrooms made showering easy with 10 people! Kim made the booking process easy. Our check in and check out was simple and Kim was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. I highly recommend renting this house all year around.

Awesome week with friends

Our group made memories that will last a lifetime at this amazing shore house. The attention to detail in this house certainly does not go unnoticed! Our favorite part was definitely the beautiful backyard that overlooks the lake. Our kids got a kick out of going down to feed the ducks every morning! We loved having the convenience of the pool and only bothered with the beach one day our whole stay! The kitchen has all beautiful new stainless steel appliances that are easy to work and make prepping for a group just like being in your own home. The bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms clean and new. This house was perfect for our small kids since it was walking distance to a beautiful park and the boardwalk. This house had everything and more and we look forward to making more memories here in the future!

memorial day weekend

I've rented several properties in the Northeast and have stayed on the Jersey shore for the past 20 summers. My extended family stayed here this past Memorial Day weekend and the property exceeded our expectations. Beautifully appointed, exquisite finishes, and everything about the house was fully functional and in perfect working condition. The open concept layout and large kitchen made it an ideal place to entertain large groups without needing to go out to dinner nightly. The outdoor space was particularly inviting with its high quality patio set and extremely comfortable lounge chairs. The lake views were awesome and was home to 2 well-mannered Swans. The location could not have been better for us. It was just far away from the action to be in a peaceful neighborhood but close enough that it was only a short walk to the Beach and Jenkinson's boardwalk. The downtown area featured plenty of shopping, bars and restaurants (further inland) and was also only a short walk. This property made me seriously consider buying a vacation rental of my own.

Wonderful Family Holiday!

My sister, friend, myself and our children rented this beach house to spend Thanksgiving closer to my parents who recently moved to the Jersey shore area. I cannot say enough good things about both the home and its owner! The house is beautiful, with personal touches throughout all the rooms. We all wished for a kitchen as lovely as this one at home, including the kids, who had more than enough room to eat on the island, while we still had room to cook. The table accommodated our whole family on Thanksgiving and had a spectacular view of the lake, especially at sunset. All the kids were able to share a room, as the kids room had enough space for 5 (though our 6 slept there quite comfortably!) The house was so clean and neat, and the central vacuum helped us keep it just as neat while we were there. Even though it was off season, we still went to the boardwalk, arcade, and aquarium, and was very impressed on what a short walk it was. Kim, the owner, couldn't have been more responsive and accommodating. Sue to a storm, we needed to change our dates by one day, and she didn't hesitate to help us. I would never want to stay anywhere else when visiting point pleasant!

Awesome getaway!!

Although it was off season, this house provided a wonderful environment and great time for a bunch of friends looking to get away from husbands and kids for the weekend. The house was beautiful and relaxing. We loved hanging around the kitchen island and talking and the table was a great place to have our dinners. We walked to Uncle Vinnie's Comedy Club for great comedy show, had a spa day on Saturday at Spa Bella and enjoyed some drinks in town during the evening. The location is great and the house itself is amazing - clean, comfortable and inviting. Kim was a pleasure to deal with and will definitely do it again!!

Perfect place for a family vacation

Our week started with a great show of fireworks with a perfect view from the back patio and ended with a rainbow that stretched from the sky to the lake that borders the patio. We had a wonderful stay and found the house to be just perfect for our mini family reunion. The pictures do not do it justice. Very new and very clean and with loads of charm and a perfect layout. The location was also perfect for us as it was serene by the lake but we had the fun of Jenkinsons boardwalk and beach within a few blocks walking distance. We will will definitely consider this in our next year vacation plans. Really a great time!
