Trees on driveway need to be trimmed, they rub vehicles. Basically we just slept there, so we didnt spend much time on the property. Seems over priced for the quality of property and grown up surroundings.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in the Hill Country. This was the perfect location for our family reunion in New Braunfels with multiple families in this neighborhood! Close to the river activities and Gruene! The house was as pictured with plenty of space to spread out for 3 couples and 3 kids. They loved the group bunk room! Overall the house furnishings were just ok. Several things need to be updated and cleaned. The dishwasher was rusted, the ice maker in the fridge didn't work (terrible for July 4th weekend as we had to continually buy ice and put in the freezer) and the hall shower had no water pressure and was extremely slippery when wet. We had one elderly person that struggled with the steps to the entry door with no hand rail and the exposed rusty nails on the wall made it difficult for her to traverse on her own. Overall, we were happy to be close to the rest of the family at this location and would stay again if things were a bit updated.

Overall a good stay. We were there during the storm that affected so many unfortunate people but we were high and dry in this house. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. The back patio was amazing and we were able to spend time outside during the storms. We will definitely be returning!

Bachelorette Weekend

The property was perfect for my Bachelorette group!! The house was clean and just enough room for everyone to have their own space. As well as plenty of bathrooms which great for a group of girls!! Overall, perfect vacation spot!!

Well Appointed and Thoughtful

Beautiful open space. Helpful and responsive hosts. Clean space, with plenty of room to congregate and also spread out. Nearly all the supplies you might need when home away from home. Great views from the top floor lookout.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Juniper Woods Farmhouse. The layout of the home is perfect, and our kids especially loved the bunk room. The adults loved the well-appointed kitchen, the comfortable living room, and the outdoor patio. The AC worked great! We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a vacation stay.

They thought of all the details!

My co-workers and I stayed for a weekend retreat and it was wonderful! When you first walk in, it has that wow factor with beautiful windows! The host has everything you could need — no detail is missed. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending to friends!

Hill country hideaway

We had a nice stay. The kids loved the bunk room and the rain shower! We had fun playing the games and exploring the area. The house was clean and kitchen had plenty of utensils and items we needed. Thanks for a great week! Also, the deer visitors were a nice touch :)

Great Weekend in a great home!

The home is clean, modern and completely stocked with almost everything you could need. It was exactly as pictured. The outside was an amazing opportunity to sit on the porch with a warm beverage or light a fire in the pit or fireplace. The huge windows and glass doors also give great views when you're inside. We loved our stay!

Comfortable and well equipped

Gorgeous, clean house and so well stocked, it met all our needs/wants. It would have been good to know about the 12-y/o limit for the top bunks though. If only it was on the water!
