On the lower floor, you’ll find a bright exterior living room, a brand-new fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two exterior bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 x 1.90 m) and another with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m). There is also a second full, independent bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, there is a third bedroom with two single beds (90 x 1.90 m) and access to a spacious and lovely private terrace, furnished with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying Seville’s wonderful climate and sunshine.

The apartment is located on San Juan Street, connecting to the lively Plaza de la Alfalfa, one of the most vibrant and authentic areas in the historic center. Here you’ll find numerous shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants where you can savor the best of Sevillian cuisine. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
