Modern detached house in a quiet district of Porto Cristo

Dear Kathleen, Thanks for your comment. We're sorry the information provided in the property and the TV channels didn't fulfill your expectations. As regards recommended restaurants, bus information, etc, we always provide for this information when guests ask for it, like local restaurants and good virgin beaches around. We don't have them printed on a list, but thanks for your suggestion. The Sat-TV in the property is Astra TV, which as you comment, has no English channels, only German. We have just included this in the description so guests will know it beforehand. It is a residential area and indeed some local people have dogs and they might bark when they hear the rubbish collection truck in the morning. As there's air conditioning in the bedrooms, you can close shutters and windows not to be disturbed in the morning. Finally, at that time of the year in Mallorca, flies come into the house because it's warmer than outside, not because of the rubbish bins. We would like you to visit us again in the near future. Kindest regards from Mallorca, Bel Fullana Grimalt
