Situated in South of Majorca - Balearic Islands; For 4 persons. Beautiful home with Furnished and equipped with everything necessary. Kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washer machine, dishwasher, etc.
2 bedrooms, one with two 90 cm individual beds and one with a double bed, both with wardrobes. 1 bathroom with shower.

Great stay

Great communication with Miquel , the property was ideal for our stay , very clean and well equipped with several seating areas outside . The pool was geat and was cleaned every couple of days . Quiet area ideal for a relaxing holiday , within walking distance to 3 beaches . A bar and several restaurants very near by with a small supermarket and fantastic bakery too

What a Relaxing Holiday

From booking the villa to leaving Mallorca everything was simply perfect. Miquel is a thoughtful, generous and considerate host and was on hand with advice support and information at all times. Calm and relaxing house and area

The host, Miquel is very friendly and helpfull - and easy to reach and communicate with via WhatsApp. We all enjoyed his hospitality. The house is perfect for a family of four, and very authentic and spanish. The pool is great and it was cleaned every 3-4 day - we couldn't ask for more regarding the house. Whorth mentioning is that if you want peace and quit, this is the place - no noise or disturbances - we loved it :-)

Great stay in Cala Murada!

Miquel was great to deal with. Very friendly and accommodating. Answered all of our questions quickly. Had a high chair and crib waiting for our infant daughter. The house is walking distance from some great restaurants and a beautiful beach. The property is fantastic! AC works great, nice outdoor barbeque, and the yard/swimming pool was great to relax at. Our family had a great time here and I would highly recommend this place for any one!

Absolutely perfect

Just returned from a weeks stay. The property is in a very quiet residential area. Wonderful bakery just 2 mins walk, with a few bars & restaurants in the same area. 10 mins walk to the lovely bay which has a very nice restaurant (lovely breakfasts) The property is very well equipped, spotlessly clean. Outside area gives plenty of options to sit in sun or shade, with a beautiful pool. Miguel is the perfect host, lots of information provided & easy to get hold of if needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quieter break on the island

We were two friends that spent ten days in this lovely villa. Miguel was very easy to contact and quick in responding to any queries both before our arrival and during our stay. He often turned up unexpectedly to clean the pool and check everything was ok. We really enjoyed the beautiful villa , pool and grounds with several seating areas. The beds were very comfortable which is often not the case. And use of a washing machine was handy. Some newer towels and basic kitchen provisions would have made our stay even better, particularly as we were travelling by air. There were plenty of games and books for families as well as Smart tv. The location was perfect being very central and easy to order local taxis (Get2Ride). We would definitely recommend a stay in this villa and certainly hope to return. Thank you so much Miquel

A wonderful villa set in a quiet location, only a few minutes walk from busy restaurants. The villa is perfect if you want a relaxing break. Plenty of room inside, with everything you need, and outside is superb, so well maintained, with lots of seating areas. Lovely pool and barbeque area. The two local beaches are about a 10 min walk away. A supermarket is located a few minutes away and has a very good selection. A few eating places nearby where we always had lovely food, but prices were very variable. A superb villa in a lovely location. Cala Murada is very quiet so don't visit if you're looking for the high life! Thank you Miguel. We hope to visit again.

We had a lovely stay and Miquel was an excellent, responsive host. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen is fresh and new. LOVED the pool! Crystal clear and cleaned twice in the week. The local neighbourhood is peaceful and not very touristy. The restaurants are great. It's worth giving them all a try. We went to the bakery every morning because the pastries were so good. The supermarket is fairly basic but OK. The nearest beach is good with a restaurant / bar. You can hire paddle boards etc. We didn't have a car but there is a path around the rocks to the neighbouring beaches (assuming you're confident on your feet). On the upside these are more sandy - but more busy and the cafes are smaller. Overall a wonderful holiday!

Einfachste Ausführung außen der Sitz/Liegegelegenheiten. Garten äußerst ungepflegt und unfallgefährdent. Küchenausstattung mangelhaft. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Kein Oberbett vorhanden - und das im Winter! Wandheizung im Bad war defekt, wurde am 2. Tag repariert. Fotos im Internet entsprechen nicht mehr der Realität.

Das Haus hat einen Garten, den ich pflege. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Kochutensilien ausgestattet, und falls etwas fehlt, besorge ich es sofort. Das Bett ist immer für Sommer und Winter gemacht, mit allem, was man braucht, und zusätzlichen Decken im Schrank. In meinem Land dauert es am Wochenende oder an Feiertagen etwa 24 Stunden, bis Elektriker kommen. Ich bemühe mich daher stets, Probleme so schnell wie möglich zu beheben. Die Fotos zeigen das Haus so, wie es tatsächlich ist – ohne Täuschung oder Verfälschung.

Das Haus war sauber und hat einen tollen mallorquinischen Charme. Liegt in einer Sackgasse und ist wunderbar ruhig, aber trotzdem super angebunden, fußläufig ist eine tolle Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt (keine 2 Minuten Fußweg). Der Strand ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr über den Grill draußen gefreut und die Sitzgelegenheit direkt nebendran. Der Pool wurde gereinigt und ist in echt größer als auf den Bildern. Wirklich toll! Küche ist funktionell ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht. Sehr großer, neuer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, sehr praktisch. Waschmaschine ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Miquel kam auch persönlich vorbei und hat uns noch tolle Tipps für Restaurants in der Umgebung mitgegeben, sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt.

Tolles Apartment – gemütlich, gut gelegen schönes, geräumiges und gemütliches Apartment – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. In etwa 3 Gehminuten gibt es ein kleines Lokal mit Frühstück und Kaffee und einen kleinen Supermarkt Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar, aber etwas weiter entfernt-mit dem Auto kein Problem, Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Der Strand ist kleiner, sauber und angenehm ruhig,Besonders empfehlen können wir das Restaurant direkt am Strand – tolles Essen und ein wunderschöner Blick über die Bucht. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Lage und ein Apartment, das wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

Schöne Finka mit Pool

Wir waren in den Osterferien hier, zum ersten Mal auf Mallorca und mein Instinkt hat mich nicht getäuscht. Das Haus ist günstig gelegen, weit ab von großen Bettenburgen, hat einen schönen Garten mit Pool (für mich als Warmduscher noch etwas kalt). Man ist schnell zu Fuß an mehreren Buchten mit Strand, auch ein Bäcker und preiswerte Restaurants sind fussläufig. Mit dem Mietwagen kann man von hier viele unterschiedliche Strände erreichen. Die Inspirationen hierzu lieferte ein Buch aus dem Regal des Vermieters Miquel mit der Beschreibung aller Strände der Insel. Wenn man eine Viertelstunde fährt und eine halbe Stunde auf einer quasi autofreien Privatstraße läuft, kommt man an einen Strand im Naturschutzgebiet mit Höhlen, in die man hinein schwimmen kann und wenn man einen Spaziergang entlang der Klippen macht, stößt man auf bizarre Felsformationen wie natürliche Brücken. Es ist der Strand von Cala Varques. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Miquels Haus und der Insel im Frühjahr

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch der Check in war sehr komfortabel. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Anfang März ist nur die Auswahl an Restauraurants nicht sehr groß.

Ruhige Lage einigen Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Also alles, was man braucht :) Miquel ist ein sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der für alle Anliegen immer ein Offenes Ohr hat.
