Tuscan Getaway in the Heart of Gilbert!

Thank you for the feedback. We really pride ourselves in our beautiful homes and customer service and are always looking for ways to improve. This home is owned and operated by a husband and wife with a small staff. I apologize for any confusion regarding property manager but the check-in emails you received properly identify who to contact for what issue and there is no property management company involved or mentioned. In the very late evening check-in you phoned the owner, Craig, whose phone number was correctly listed in your check-in email, that you were having internet issues in the house. Craig, promptly came over the next day to find out you had disconnected the modem incorrectly and fixed it yourselves before he got there. While he was there, he opened the maids closet and offered you anything you needed that wasn’t stocked previously from the cleaning staff including extra linens, toilet paper, liners, etc. it was refused by your wife. He assumed your wife refused the items because she had found these items in the house. You were unsatisfied by the cleaning of pet hair on one rug which you sent us a picture of (the only picture) and We proceeded to send the message to the cleaning staff to come out and reclean the rug and anything else you needed and Craig let you know the staff would be out to clean again with an approximate time. We apologize if the cleaning staff was intrusive as we thought this is what you wanted to happen to correct the pet hair left on the rug. Craig also informed you that the vacuum kept in the house was not working and one was ordered that it would be late to get to the house. We apologize for the delay. As far as VRBO is concerned, we have used them many times when we travel and they have always been responsive to our needs. Again, thank you for your feedback. Corrective actions are taking place as this is a beautiful, big home that many guests have thoroughly enjoyed. We’d like to keep it that way!
