Come visit our piece of paradise in the community of Gilbert, Arizona. A great place to escape the complexity of everyday life and enjoy everything Gilbert has to offer! When you travel with us, you can trust that you'll enjoy every minute and won't be disappointed.

Our home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath with over 3000 sq ft, not including 2 outdoor living spaces, heated pool and backyard green space!

You'll love the warm and open feel to the home, along with the wonderful outdoor living spaces. You'll have your choice of the indoor or outdoor kitchen and love sitting out at night, under the stars with the warmth of the fire pit. Countless amenities will keep you coming back for more!

Wonderful place & Excellent host

Place is excellent, spacious, clean & a good layout for a full family. The location is only a 15 min walk to the shops (Fry's) & a few minutes to most amenities & short drive to San Tan Mall etc. Host is great also, clear communications, polite & professional.Very familiar with Gilbert, so my pleasure to provide a top recommendation for the place & host.Strong recommendation.

Great Stay in Gilbert

We just returned from a 63 day stay at this property and everything from the initial contact with Robert (owner) through check-out was smooth with no issues/problems whatsoever. The website pictures are accurate; the home is roomy offering privacy when wanted and the property was super clean which is very important to us. We loved the location as it was close to Gilbert Regional Park for Pickleball, there was a bike trail nearby and it was located near the 202 for easy access to all the golf courses we played. While we did not have many questions for Robert, he was always prompt with replies. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again. Thanks Robert!

Beautiful house

Great place to stay. My family and I had a great time. The house was very comfortable and had lots of room for all of us 6 adults and 2 kids. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed at this home for over three months while we waited for our home to be built and absolutely loved our stay! The home was clean and comfortable for our family of five, and the location is perfect. Robert was great at communicating and answering any questions we had during our stay.

Great place to stay

It was my first time staying here and I loved it. Lots of space, super clean, beds were comfy and the kitchen is perfect for cooking, especially the gas stove. Pool was really nice especially with the hot temps. Super quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Phoenix and Tuscon Excursion

We spent 8 days exploring Phoenix, Tuscon, and visiting friends. The home was an excellent home base. The home is beautiful and the pool was a nice way to relax after daily excursions and hikes. A wonderful week.

True Gem - Wonderful place

What a wonderful place to stay with a group of friends or family! Everything was as said. Back yard/ pool area/ grill area was fabulous. Nice to be able to listen to music around the backyard. Kitchen area was well stocked with items used. Master suite was very large and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and neat. Beautiful place to stay in and a very nice neighborhood. Amenities were close. Owner was very prompt on the responses to the few questions we had. Would definitely stay again ! Thanks Robert. KG

Clean and Spacious

We loved our time here. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. Really spacious and we never felt on top of each other. Our children loved the pool and the pool table. The heated pool was a great temp for outdoor swimming in November. Nice neighborhood and easy to get to. We have family close and we will be staying here for years to come.

Comfortable & Clean

Our family stayed here for an extended period of time during a transition for our family. It was a great location, plenty of space to spread out and loved the pool! Robert was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly with help. We loved our stay here!

Very Clean and good space

We had a great stay. The house was very clean. The family room was spacious and lots of comfortable seating for us to hang out. All the bedrooms were good sized and plenty of room for my family to spread out. We enjoyed playing pool as a family a couple of nights too.

Beyond Wonderful!!!

Previous excellent reviews of this property are spot-on so we won't take the time to repeat. Look no further if you are seeking the best property in the Gilbert area for your vacation stay. (Of special note however is the fact that this house was the cleanest, most well appointed rental we have seen in quite some time.) From the time we first contacted Robert with questions we were impressed with his rapid, thorough responses. For you sun worshipers, the back yard pool area faces west so you have sunshine all afternoon. The grass area is shaded by three lovely trees in case you get too warm sunbathing. Thank you Robert for sharing your lovely home with us. We hope to be able to spend some time there again next year..

Great winter in Arizona!!

My wife and I just completed our stay at this property in Gilbert, AZ. We spent several months at the property, and really have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. Robert our host was great to work with and very accommodating. He responded quickly to all questions and concerns and was easy to get ahold of. He was exactly the kind of host you hope to have when doing this type of rental. As for the property, it is a beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood on the south side of Gilbert. The area is a nice area for walks through the neighborhood paths, with stops at the numerous playgrounds if you have kids or grandkids with you. It is close to a variety of retail and restaurants for easy access. The home itself is very nice. Good furnishings throughout, and a well stocked kitchen area for easy cooking at home. The resort type back yard with heated pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and nice patio area was a great spot to escape from the winter up north and enjoy the outdoors. The photos in the listing accurately represent the property, which is very much appreciated. Our group fluctuated in size from 2 adults to 4 adults and 3 kids, and the home worked very well for all of us. Thank you Robert for sharing your beautiful home with us this year and for being a great host. We would highly recommend you and your home to others, and would not hesitate to stay there again!

Wonderful Overall Experience

Robert was so easy to communicate with. He was very prompt in his replies with any questions that we had before our stay. The home is beautiful extremely clean and the location in a peaceful and family oriented neighborhood was just perfect for our family.

Great Place to spend winter!

We stayed here last year also and couldn’t be happier. Everything about the home, the quiet neighborhood and area is awesome. Beds are great, kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, and the outside pool, grilling station and seating areas are wonderful. The home has even had some nice upgrades from the prior year. The owner Robert is very responsive, and does everything he can to make your stay enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay again and hope to return in 2021. This home has been a great find for us, located in a great place to be in the winter.

My wife and I bought this home to be used as a second home/vacation home as we often visit Phoenix to see the in-laws. We also got married in Gilbert and absolutely love the area and all it has to offer! We immediately fell in love with the house and fall in love with it all over again each time we visit!
