Looking for a wonderful beach retreat along the Emerald Coast? Look no further than Pelican Isle 302. This Fort Walton Beach, Florida condo rental will accommodate up to six people comfortably.

Enjoy magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico from the comfort of your living room or while kicked back on your private balcony. In the mornings, watch the sunrise over the horizon while you sip your cup of warm coffee enjoying the gentle Gulf breeze. Listen to the waves roll onto shore and the palm trees swaying with the breeze. The master bedroom contains a full bathroom. In the hallway, you will find a second full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Pelican Isle offers thrilling resort amenities for you to enjoy when you are not having fun at the beach. Take a dip in the community pool, relax in the hot tub or grill up a delicious meal on the community barbecue grills. Pelican Isle also features an onsite fitness facility with cardio machinery and TVs. Curl up in your beach chair, provided to you complimentary during your stay, and enjoy a cool beverage while you soak up some Florida sunshine. When you need to cool off, grab a boogie board and ride the waves of the dazzling emerald, green water of the Gulf of Mexico.

Location was perfect. Right on the beach, quiet/near the end of the road, not a lot of traffic to get to the condo.

The room was as described with a nice ocean & beach view. For 2 people, it was more than adequate. 2 bathrooms was super convenient. Overall, I would stay here again. The downsides... the floors weren't clean-walking in white socks showed someone could have done a better job & the door lock was somewhat difficult. Just on a personal preference note - 9 a.m. check out is a bit inconvenient.

Beautiful location

Place is in a fabulous location, everything was great. My only complaint is the condo needs a facelift. The furniture is very large and outdated. The location is amazing.

Everything was amazing from the views to the comfort of our stay. We loved every minute here. We didn’t even realize til we got there that the bunk beds had their own tvs as well which our daughter loved. The only thing was we would have preferred a better cooking pot for eggs and such. The one provided is on its last legs. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you all again for making this trip memorable.

Perfect trip!

The owning company was great: very timely with questions, prompt with arrival information, several messages for follow ups during stay and leaving requests very minimal and easy. The condo was perfect. I was with my mom! Our first mother daughter trip. The condo super clean and matches the description and even better. The view was amazing! Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Family friendly resort and so much more. I highly recommend this condo and Southern vacation rentals.

Enjoyable Experience

My wife and I had a good time at this property. The only issue I had was trying to exercise on the equipment in the small gym. It's not made for people over 6 ft tall. The ceiling is really low.

Week getaway

I enjoy the location was great. But when getting to the room there was a musty aroma. Had to spray Lysol to clean the air. Also the lock on the front would not close properly and it did not have a deadbolt. It felt very insecure. Other then that everything was fine.

Very clean, on the beach

The only reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars is because it was advertised as having furniture on the balcony, but there was no furniture when we got there. I reached out to property management and was told that there was exterior construction going on and all the owners were asked to remove all outdoor furniture, but this information was not relayed on the listing, almost all the other condos had furniture on the balcony. So, we weren’t able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view…we had to do it from inside. Otherwise, the place was super clean and was exactly what we needed.
