NOW WITH BEACH SERVICE SET-UP!! SAVE $30 A DAY - BEACH SERVICE IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR RESERVATION. YOU WILL RECEIVE TWO CHAIRS AND ONE UMBRELLA. NO MORE LUGGING BEACH CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS TO THE BEACH, IT IS CONVENIENTLY SET UP FOR YOU EVERY MORNING!

We offer beach chairs in the condo for your use and BEACH SERVICE (March 1st - October 31st) during the high season which consists of an umbrella & 2 beach lounge chaise set up each day for your convenience.

THIS CONDO IS SANITIZED AND DISINFECTED ACCORDING TO THE CDC RECOMMENDATIONS.

FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS:

All bathrooms, kitchen and hard surfaces are sanitized with a germicide cleanser. After sanitizing the entire condo, the unit is disinfected. After the sanitation process, an inspector inspects the unit for proper sanitation then a disinfectant is used on all hard surfaces, especially all high-touch areas. We also provide a disinfectant cleaner for your use while you enjoy your stay on the beach.

Yes, you'll find everything in our beach-front condo that you have in your own home, in order to make your stay here as enjoyable as possible. The living room has a mirrored wall, with brand new living room furniture. Also, there is a new flat screen TV and a Wii Console with controllers to keep you entertained! You'll love the newly renovated, well-equipped kitchen, your own washer and dryer, a bathroom with a tub and a most convenient half-bath in the bedroom. The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, a large closet, and two chests of drawers that are invaluable for long-term renters.

Located directly on the beach with fantastic views of our beautiful white sand beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your own private balcony.

Enjoy lounging by the pool when you're not at the beach. Our pool is always sparkling clean and usually not crowded. A barbecue grill and table are conveniently located near the pool area for all your grilling needs.

We are away from the crowds of busy Destin but only a short drive away from all the activities Destin has to offer. Shopping galore, charter boat fishing, restaurants, night life and water parks all nearby!

Lovely condo! Very clean and comfy, looks like the owners put a lot of pride and TLC into their property. Loved watching the dolphins and drinking my coffee on balcony. We enjoyed spending the week after Christmas and celebrating New Year’s Eve at HarborWalk village in Destin. Never can get over the beautiful color, calm water and white sand on the gulf coast. Just keep in mind that the 3rd floor may be difficult for an older person and getting luggage up steps. Other than that little detail it is lovely.

The view was amazing and we loved having our own chairs at the beach. The property is super close so the walk across the sand was very short. My only complaint or request would be for more rugs in the condo. It's impossible to get cleaned from the sand and then it was just being tracked in. We went to great links to keep the sand out but it was very hard without proper floor coverings.

This condo is more beautiful in person. Perfectly decorated and has everything you need for your stay. The only thing that wasnt fabulous is no elevator, but that just gave us time to get our steps in for the day. Its far enough down the road to be out of the chaos, but close enough to stores that we didnt have to drive too far. This is by far my husbands and myselfs new "US" place to stay. We will be back soon!!!

Great location

This was the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway! It’s close to great restaurants, spacious, and has everything you need for a quiet and relaxing stay. The chair attendants are so kind. The views are great. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Beautiful views, perfect location

This condo met all our needs. The view from the deck was amazing. It was wonderful to just open up the doors and listen to the crashing surf. The beautiful white sand beach was amazing and we loved the location. We enjoyed our time immensely. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Peaceful

We liked the fact that it is only 7-10 minutes to all Destin has to offer; yet, when at the property you have direct access to the beautiful gulf with ocean front view in all its splendor, with no noise of the busy streets, just the wonderful sound of the waves... would go back in a heartbeat!!

On the Beach Beauty

Easy to find and dedicated parking. The stairs are an easy climb. Stocked with lots of gadgets so you have the comforts of home when you’re inside. Beach facing so the view can’t be beat and the balcony is a delight.

Love this condo!

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo, and the 4th time staying in one owned by this owner. Sarah cares about her properties and it shows. Everything was clean, working properly, fully stocked, and enjoyable. The bed and pillows are SO comfy! It's the perfect size condo for mine and my husband's anniversary weekend. The beach service is awesome and you're only a few steps away from the sand! I will continue to book this condo year after year!

AMAZING beach Home!

Fabulous, super clean right on the beach home! Amazing balcony views of the gulf! The bed was super comfortable plenty of bed pillows too! Bathroom plenty of bath towels, toilet paper ! Kitchen well stocked trash bags , dish soap , paper towels,dishwasher soap , laundry soap , softener sheets for the dryer!I mean EVERYTHING YOU NEED! The family room was great furniture & tv even though we pretty much just used the balcony & fabulous porch furniture for relaxing after all day on beach day! The check in is key pad super easy and amazing details of all codes and everything you need to know about#305 Island Sands from the amazing host Sarah! Great little complex so not crowded at the beach which we had a free set up of lounging chairs and umbrella while we were there and that was incredible! This is definitely our new happy beach home! Thank you so much Sarah for sharing your AMAZING beach home with us! Hope to be back soon! Patricia & David

Beautiful

We absolutely loved this place. The view was beautiful, it was just enough far away from the city, but still was close to plenty of places. We were there when Helene came through, but luckily we just had some high wind gusts. 10/10 would definitely book this location again!

Wonderful week

Loved the condo! Only downside was 3 flights of stairs had to climb! No elevator and hubby walks with cane which made it rough but our stay was just what we needed and would return again just not on third floor without elevator! Small but Nice!

First, I should tell you there is NO elevator so take heed if you cannot climb 3 flights of stairs. But if you can, it is a great condo. We enjoyed it very much! The location is perfect, we try to always stay in this area. You simply walk down the stairs, just around the building and there is the beach! Wonderful! It was very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, great wifi, very comfy bed. Only 1 bedroom with small bathrooms but it was just perfect for our needs. We will stay again.

Beautiful condo, roomy living area, comfortable bed, fabulous view, chairs and umbrella included, easy access to beach, just perfect! Note: There are stairs to the third floor - no elevator - but the climb is not difficult for most. Would definitely recommend!

This property is in a perfect location with an amazing view! Super clean and communication was fantastic! We have stayed in the area numerous times and this was by far the best condo and location ever!

Nice vacation stay.

Overall its a great location. The beach is a short walk away. The actual building itself though is older and needs an update. The inside of the condo was nice and clean though. While we were there the majority of the structure was being held up by metal poles on each floor. Made it seem a little uneasy. Also there is no elevator so it can be a haul to get your things upstairs.

We are a mother-daughter team that handles short and long term rentals throughout Fort Walton Beach. We are locals who live about 10 minutes away from the condos. We pride ourselves for offering personalized service to all of our guests. Sarah has a degree in Hospitality and Resort Management while also having worked in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years. Linda owns and manages multiple properties throughout the area and has been specializing in short and long term management for 40+ years. We treat all of our rental properties as if they were our own. Sarah personally inspects all of the condos after each departure clean to ensure proper cleanliness and sanitizes all furniture and high traffic touch zones such as light switches, handles, door knobs, remotes, etc.
