Perfect for beachcombers, golfers, day-trippers, and seafood lovers!

Welcome to our beautifully renovated 2 bedroom/1 bath north shore get away! Our cottage is less than a 5 minute walk to a stunning white sand beach, close to golfing (the links at Crowbush are just 10 minutes away!), a short distance to other beautifully preserved provincial beaches, 30 minutes from Charlottetown, close to a number of great restaurants and much more!

Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage has a 16'x16' enclosed sun porch overlooking the dunes and estuary that will allow you to marvel at the beautiful scenery, while enjoying a relaxing dinner with your family or reading a good book.

The sun porch is equipped with a dining table and chairs for all of your meals, as well as a few more comfortable seating options for lounging, reading and enjoying a morning coffee with a view.

In the kitchen you can expect a stunning view of those dunes as you rinse your seasonal fresh berries - there will be no need to spend your time at the sink washing dishes, as a dishwasher is provided! The kitchen comes complete with a fridge/stove/oven/microwave/toaster and coffee maker as well as a full set of pots/pans/dishes and cutlery.

The living room includes a new comfortable couch, TV, internet and home phone. For those cool evenings and sweltering days a heat pump has been installed to keep the cottage at a comfortable temperature day and night and into the shoulder seasons.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with duvet and linens provided. The secondary room is equipped with single over double bunk beds. A pullout couch located in the living room is provided as an additional sleeping option. The sun porch also has a pull-out couch, for an additional sleeping option.

The brand new bathroom with a tub/shower combo will be stocked with towels/facecloths and hand soap for your convenience.

Beach towels and two beach chairs will also be provided.

Pets are allowed with an additional damage deposit.

Long term stays are welcome at lower cost - inquire (1 month or more)

We spent three nights at this fabulous cottage. It is a short walk to one of the best, most serene beaches on the north shore!The cottage was very clean, and well equipped with all the essentials and amenities. Everything you require was supplied by the owners including towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and a fully stocked kitchen.The sunroom attached to the back of the cottage was a real bonus; total privacy overlooking the pond and sand dunes. We ate all of our meals out there, enjoying the view, birds, and fox! Communication with the owners was excellent, including suggestions of places to visit, and restaurants in the area.We highly recommend this cottage and will definitely return.

We enjoyed our short stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Check-in was easy. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, good supply of towels, even beach towels and beach chairs. The screen room was a lovey spot to relax in the shade, listening to the waves, looking out on the dunes.

A little gem

I was so impressed with this cottage. The pictures really don’t do it justice. It was immaculate. It had everything you would need for your stay and then some. The sunroom is amazing, a great view and a small walk to a beautiful beach which was never busy or crowded. It was perfect!

Nice September getaway

The cottage is well equipped and very comfortable. We made use of the screened in porch, BBQ, fire pit and outdoor shower. Close to a fabulous beach. Located in a lovely area of PEI. After doing some exploring around the Island, this was a really nice place to come back to and unwind. Communication with the hosts was great. We would definitely come back.

Relaxing By The Dunes

Really enjoyed our stay at Greg and Cassie's property. They were attentive and quick to respond if anything came up. The property was well supplied and well located, a very short walk to the incredible sand dunes and beach. They had great beach supplies (towels and chairs) and an excellent outdoor shower to rinse the sand off. We had a great time with our two boys (4 and 6) but be wary that the inside is not huge and you will need to bring your own toys to keep them occupied if you'll be spending any amount of time indoors (which unless the weather is awful, you really shouldn't be)! We'd absolutely stay again.

Family of 5

The photos for this property don't do it justice. It is even better in person (and with updated furniture!) The shower has great water pressure, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you'll need. The beach is a short walk away and we brought a wagon with us over the dunes with no issues. The grocery store is a 5 minute drive and the fresh seafood place (Julio's) is 5 minutes past that. We saw some foxes at least 4 times during the week with a fox family frolicking on the lawn at the next property around dusk. It was a beautiful sight with the sunset and estuary as a backdrop. Be sure to bring your bug spray as this is cottage country and there are mosquitoes this time of year but you can safely hang out in the screened in porch without them bothering you. The owners of this property were very responsive and were able to quickly answer our questions. Thank you for the great accommodations Greg and Cassie!

Excellent on the Pond

A stunning and cozy setting for a few days at St Peter’s West. Some grand amenities in the sunroom, outdoor shower, and bonfire pit. Enjoyed watching the young foxes bounce about the woodpile and the bushes. Great spot.

Golf trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Communication from the owners was very helpful and local seafood restaurant recommendations were appreciated. The location, a short walk to the beach and near the many great golf courses, was ideal. The cottage was very clean with kitchen accessories beyond our expectations. We'll definitely be back. Thank you very much for a great holiday away.

2 weeks in paradise

Beautiful, comfortable cottage. Surprisingly wonderful weather for October- even got in some swimming at the superb beach. Beautiful Greenwich national park nearby. Not terribly far from the other National Park areas (Cavendish, Brackley, etc.) Beautiful views to wake up to right at the cottage. Not far from Souris and the glorious Basin Head beach. Great hosts: Greg and Cassie. Very helpful and always available. We'll definitely be back!

Awesome Cottage!

We booked the cottage for 3 nights. Greg was super communicative. The cottage is clean and well stocked with the essentials plus few extras (laundry soap, dish soap, etc.). It is exactly as pictured, close to the beach and all the island has to offer. We would definitely stay again.

Incredible cozy spot

This cottage is nestled in a beautiful spot. The cottage was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children). Having the beach next door is an exceptional bonus. We will be staying again next year. :)

Cottage on the east coast

Our family of 5 had a lovely introduction to P.E.I at this great cottage. It has everything you might need and the hosts were in constant communication with us, giving us recommendations and info. The sandy beach is a short walk away and our kids has a blast jumping the waves. The cottage has a lovely outdoor shower with hot water to help rinse off. There are also fantastic trails and beautiful views all around. Groceries are a 5 minute drive away and Charlottetown served as a fun nearby day trip. We’re hoping to return to explore more of this island.

Lovely Clean Cottage

We loved this cozy cottage! It was very clean and updated. Nice view from the lanai or kitchen window of the salt marsh and dunes, easy walk to the beach. AC/heating unit was very much appreciated, as was the outdoor shower! Lots of restaurant and seafood options nearby. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to our questions.

Wonderful spot until Hurricane Fiona

This is a hidden gem. Well maintained, very clean - we thought it was a new listing because so crisp and clean. If you like quiet setting, near (not on) the beach this is a choice. We reserved 10 day. We only got to stay 4 nights. We left the island to avoid living through Fiona. September is a hurricane month. Recommend you look into insurance that would cover some compensation for bad weather and other natural disasters.

A lovely place and a memorable experience. We arrived in time for the hurricane 🤪. Nobody really expected no power, water or heat for three days, but there you go.......nothing anyone could do about it. Recommended, but check the weather forecast 😀 Mick & Helene
