The rental includes, on a 2000m2 garden planted with Mediterranean trees (olive trees, pines, fig trees, almond trees, fruit trees), the house, a large terrace with table and garden furniture, a private above ground wooden swimming pool (not buried) 4.50 m in diameter, 1.20 m deep, removable ladder: child safety) with deckchairs, a pizza oven, a barbecue, a plancha. The house can also accommodate a baby (cot, high chair, changing table, games ...) and children (swing, trampoline, slide, games).
The house is arranged as follows: on the ground floor, a kitchen open to the living / dining room which opens through the bay window to the terrace, a bathroom and sanitary facilities. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom opening onto a bathroom with corner bath.
The situation of the villa is privileged: in a dominant position, nestled in the hill, without any vis-à-vis, wild rabbits and pheasant hens come regularly to walk in the garden. In summer, the hammocks stretched under the pines promise beautiful naps, punctuated by the song of the cicadas.
The blue coast offers 25 km of preserved and varied coastline: you find family sandy beaches with parking facilities, pebble beaches, marine reserves where you can admire the fish up close with a mask and a snorkel, wild and little frequented creeks, coves, coastal paths which offer magnificent hikes, pretty marinas (Carry le Rouet, Sausset les Pins) but also local fishing with a delicious fish and shellfish market (Carro).


Leaving from the villa, you will find for example (travel time by car indicated):
- the pretty ports of Niolon and la Vesse (5 mins) (restaurants, coastal paths, creeks)
- a beautiful beach overlooking the Cap Rousset marine reserve (15 mins) at Carry le Rouet
- ten creeks (5 min to 15 min)
- the sandy beach of Sainte-Croix (very beautiful site, overlooked by a pretty chapel, a restaurant in an ideal location) (20 mins)
- the bravest can even leave the house on foot to go to the sea across the hill (1h30)

          The motorway, 7 minutes away, will take you directly to Marseille (old port, Mucem, basket ...), Aix-en-Provence or Martigues (the "Venice" of Provence). The village of Rove is also very close to L'Estaque (port, sea shuttles to the Old Port of Marseille). The villa is located on the blue coast which represents 30 km of coastline offering a wide variety of landscapes: steep coves, pebble beaches, sandy beaches, underwater reserve (scuba diving possible), coastal walking trails. Several activities are offered on the coast: windsurfing, surfing, diving, canoeing, golf, possibility of renting a sailboat. Cinemas nearby with scheduled open-air evening sessions, Marseille festival (dance, theater, etc.), Aix-en-Provence lyric art festival.
The house also has a tuned Pleyel upright piano.
