Camden Lodge is a newly refurbished detached Georgian Lodge house of individual charm and character. Situated in one of Bath’s most sought after locations, just 5 minutes walk downhill to the city centre. The property has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 single), 1 bathroom and an open-plan kitchen/dining area.

Camden Crescent was built by John Eveleigh in 1788. Listed Grade II as being of Special Historic or Architectural Interest, the Lodge house has been refurbished to the highest standard with quality and comfort in mind. The house comprises an open-plan dining room/ kitchen, separate sitting room, bedroom, a single bedroom, bathroom and door leading to the walled garden.

The sitting room is furnished with two sofas (one is a sofa bed), LCD TV & DVD, Hi-Fi with a dock for your iPhone or iPad and a dining table suitable for six people.

The master bedroom has a super king size deep-sprung divan bed, which can be converted into twin beds, wardrobe, console table and stool and flat-screen television. The bedding is fine percale cotton linen with a luxurious mattress topper and completed with a feather-light goose down duvet and pillows. The second bedroom has a single deep-sprung divan bed with similar bedding to the master bedroom.

The Lodge house is furnished with fully-equipped kitchens, high quality furnishings and bed linen – everything you would expect for a luxury stay. On arrival, you will receive a welcome hamper.

Loved this beautiful, quaint, and amazing house! Best VRBO rental I’ve ever had.

What can I say but Wow!! The location was great and the owner was extremely responsive. We arrived and were delighted to have a welcome basket waiting for us! It’s little touches like this that makes renting a home instead of staying in a hotel a no brainer. You can tell that the owner takes pride in the property. It’s very well kept and clean. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in Bath. Thank you Karina!

Beautiful accommodation in Bath

On a 9 week trip through Europe/UK with many apartment/house rentals, this was probably the best overall. Karina clearly has an eye for detail as every need was met and the property itself was outstanding. Beautifully restored and decorated house. Great location, walking distance to everything you need. If your legs are tired after a long day of walking, a bus trip back up the hill is easily accessed from the town centre. Good communication and a last minute request for a parking permit was handled without fuss. Highly recommended.

Lovely house Perfect location!

A lovely house with a nice welcome hamper. Did the job perfectly for us for our weekend away in bath. Although I didn’t get much info before the trip on exact location or how to get in to the property the owner answered my calls and texts immedietly and was very helpful.

Well located cottage in downtown Bath

We just returned from our 11 day trip to England and stayed at this beautiful cottage our first night in England. Though we only stayed one night and arrived late, it was the perfect size and location for our needs. We arrived to find a very thoughtfully created food basket which was so helpful as we had just arrived and did not have time to shop. The cottage was two-levels with the bedrooms and living room on the top floor (where you enter) and the kitchen and bathroom on the bottom floor. The bathroom was very luxurious with the heated floors, deep soaking tub and towel warmer. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect retreat.

We absolutely loved our stay here while in Bath. In fact, it was one of the highlights of our trip to England. Upon arrival, we immediately felt at home and comfortable in the space and were surprised to find a welcome basket full of essentials including milk in the fridge (a necessity with a toddler). Just as other reviewers described, it is only a short walk downhill to the city center, but the walk back up is incredibly steep. We conquered it once and took the bus the remainder of trips uphill. While the apartment was perfect, the best part was how attentive Karina was. She stopped by while I was away, introduced herself to my family, and made sure we had everything we needed. She arranged a parking pass for us, and responded to messages quickly. The best part was when she dropped off a care package on our last day that had a book for my toddler (his new favorite), snacks for the road, and water for all of us. It really saved us on the long drive back to Cambridge during the evening rush. If you are considering a visit to Bath, this is the place to stay. Thank you for everything, Karina!

Perfect for our weekend!

The place was lovely and had everything we needed for our weekend in Bath. Communication with Karina was good and made everything a lot easier. Sofa bed was also super easy to put up and pack away!

Haus am Stadtrand von Bath

Die Lodge liegt 10 min. Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum (am Hügel). Im Parterre verfügt es über Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich eine grosse Küche mit Esstisch und das Badezimmer. Diese Einteilung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ansonsten ist die Lodge mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht (inkl. SONOS Soundsystem in der ganzen Lodge).

Absolutely Fabulous

This is the Perfect Home away from home. Karina is the.ultimate hostess and went far above anything we could have expected, including a wonderful welcome basket both on our arrival as well as for our departure. She also was a godsend when we had problems with our car rental. The rental was immaculate and furnished with everything one could want. The apartment was very convenient to downtown Bath, and we recommend this apartment highly. Score of 10 plus!

Excellent spot in Bath

Very nice place to stay. 10 minute walk into the heart of the Bath but restaurants and groceries are closer. The home is very nicely furnished with a brand new kitchen/bathroom. The manager was great - a nice gift basket on arrival and a few items in the fridge. Also checked in with us while we were there.

Perfect for a short break!

A friend and I just finished our stay in Bath and had a lovely time at this property. Karina left us a wonderful hamper to welcome us in, with everything we could need for our stay. She organised a parking permit for us as well, which made the stay stress free. The only negative we experienced was that the property was very hot in the humid weather that Bath experience during our stay, but it was manageable once we opened some windows and the patio door. Thanks Karina!

Wonderful for a short break

A friend and I had the most wonderful stay in this property for a couple of days. Karina provided a lovely welcome hamper for us, with everything we could need, and organised a parking permit for us also. Instructions on how to get into the property and how to park were very helpful! The only issue we experienced was that it was a very hot and humid couple of days in Bath, and when we arrived the property was already very hot. We managed to air it by opening the doors and windows, but it did take a while to calm down. Thanks for everything, Karina!

Fabulous accomodation

The house is located within fantastic proximity of the town centre, the house is decorated to the highest standard with modern facilities and a fabulous sound system. The service we received was second to none. All in all a fantastic stay.

Fabulous house in Bath

It's so lovely when a house exceeds expectation and this one did. Beautiful house and very clean. Lovely linens comfy sofas and every gadget you could ask for. Very helpful owner and a very nice welcome hamper. Cannot find a single negative. Location wise it's about ten minutes from the main shops up quite a hill but nothing strenuous!! Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely stay at the lodge. Immaculately clean and-furnished to a high standard. The owner (Karina) even left me a birthday card. The hamper was also a nice touch. Parking permit set up by Karina. Deposit was swiftly returned. Only criticism is the location. A little bit out of the way. If you have problems walking then you will need to take the car into Bath.

Perfection , a little gem in a beautiful city !

From the initial booking stage , I was wowed , the owner Karina was so helpful , I took some special friends here to celebrate their 40th birthdays & Karina helped me plan the perfect weekend in such a beautiful city. I was given lots of ideas of things to do & places to eat which were all fab, And Karina even helped arranged for a cake & balloons to be in the lodge , also with a surprise hamper on arrival. The lodge is in a great location , 5 minutes walk from the town , you could not ask for more, Karina has thought of everything , and taken care of every little detail. The furnishings & fittings are all top quality. The lodge is beautiful clean & very cute & quirky. We had the most amazing weekend , and we are 4 fussy ladies with high expectations & our experience of staying here went above & beyond . The owner , Karina should be very proud of her beautiful accommodation. Many thanks for letting us use your beautiful lodge to create happy birthday memories.

Fantastic two bedroomed cottage.

We stayed in Camden lodge for two nights in July. The cottage is beautifully decorated, cosy and immaculately clean. On arrival there was a lovely welcome basket left for us which had everything you needed for a couple of days break, even a little gift for the children. Location was really good, just a short walk downhill into town. I would highly reccomend this property for a stay in Bath.
