A brand new bath stone house located in Bath city centre just a short stroll to the restaurants and shops, ideal for exploring Bath and beyond. Two luxury serviced apartments are available: the lower ground Crescent Apartment (2 bed) and the first floor Circus Apartment (1 bed). Both are furnished to the highest standard with fully-equipped kitchens, high quality furnishings and bed linen – everything you would expect for a luxury stay. On arrival, you will receive a welcome hamper.

Crescent Apartment is on the lower ground floor of a Georgian townhouse and built to the highest standard with quality and comfort in mind. The apartment comprises an open-plan sitting room/ kitchen, a good sized master bedroom, a single bedroom, bathroom and elegant French doors leading to the courtyard.

The sitting room is furnished with two sofas (one is a sofa bed), LCD TV & DVD, Hi-Fi with a dock for your iPhone and a dining table suitable for six people.

The master bedroom has a super king size deep-sprung divan bed, which can be converted into twin beds, fitted wardrobe, console table and stool and flat-screen television. The bedding is fine percale cotton linen with a luxurious mattress topper and completed with a feather-light goose down duvet and pillows. The second bedroom has a single deep-sprung divan bed with similar bedding to the master bedroom.

The quality modern kitchen has been carefully planned and fitted; fully equipped with Neff induction hob, electric oven and integrated appliances: including a microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge and separate freezer.

The contemporary bathroom is fitted with Villeroy and Boch sanitary ware consisting of a bath, shower, wall-hung toilet, sink, and includes Duck Island toiletries and luxury bath sheets.

On your arrival you will find a complimentary welcome basket full of treats!

Perfect Location

The apartment is in a perfect location to walk to all the Bath attractions. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. It was a very comfortable space to come home to after walking around Bath. Highly recommend and would love to stay there again

This is a great apartment with modern furnishings and decor. It is in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle yet a short walk to everything. The hostess was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Apartment

My friends and I were delighted when we found the apartment on line for our girlie weekend away and it did not disappoint. The apartment was decorated and fitted out to a very high specification and was in a great central location. Karina was the perfect host and provided a fabulous welcome basket which was completely unexpected given we were only staying 2 nights but a lovely and much appreciated touch. We often stay in apartments when we do weekends away and this is without doubt the best we have stayed in. We will definitely be recommending it to friends and family and I have no doubt we will return to it in the future.

One of the reasons Bath Circle was launched was due to the fact that there are only a handful of serviced apartments that are built to a high specification in the UK. Being a new build, I was able to incorporate the latest systems from under floor heating to heated bathroom mirror, for the guests to benefit. Amazing Property

This beautiful property in Bath was perfect for my friends and I (there was 5 of us) the place was super clean and everything felt very fresh. We particularly enjoyed the outside area too. I was so excited to see that the living room had been decorated for my birthday which really added to the experience and the location was amazing to get in to the town centre. My money was very well spent and I would absolutely recommend. Only feedback I would give is that the property needs two toilets. I think the master bedroom should be en-suite. Having one toilet with 5 people was challenging. Apart from that, 5 stars across the board. Thank you so much Karina

Excellent location, clean luxurious apartment

We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) and we stayed at this apartment for 2 nights. The instructions provided for our arrival were very clear and Karina even left us a basket of goodies including some essentials like bread and milk, which was so thoughtful and especially useful for the children after a long car journey. The apartment itself is modern and most importantly very clean and is conveniently located a short walk from the royal crescent. We had everything we could possible want and it really felt like home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. Im Soutarain gelegen, dadurch im Sommer nicht so heiß, Fussläufig schnell in der Innenstadt, Schule nebenan, dadurch unter der Woche etwas lauter. Küchenuntensilien etwas knapp bemessen (Teller, Besteck etc.) Bei Belegung mit 5 Personen müssen 2 auf dem Schlafsofa schlafen, dadurch ist das Wohnzimmer blockiert. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Beautiful apartment!

Three adults and 2 children stayed in this lovely apartment for two nights in June. We appreciated all the little extra amenities, like the food basket! The garage was handy since parking is very limited so we suggest you opt for that if you have a car. Bath is hilly, and while this location is relatively near the town center, it is a fairly steep walk. We walked down, but since my husband has some knee issues, we took a quick, inexpensive taxi back up the hill. The owner was very attentive, checking in on us to make sure everything was in order. The only suggestion I have is that I would have liked a mirror near a plug somewhere in the apartment. Otherwise, the place is perfect and we highly recommend it.

Modern, well equipped and well located.

We were welcomed with a nice hamper of consumables to get us started, and the owner Karina was very helpful and friendly throughout. The apartment is modern and well equipped, yet in a traditional georgian terrace close to all that Bath has to offer. We would not hesitate to recommend it to discerning visitors

Perfect Mini Moon!

My husband and I booked the apartment 6 months prior to our wedding as we wanted to go away for a couple of nights for what we called a 'mini moon'. The Bath Circle Apartment was absolutely stunning and in pristine condition. We didn't stay in the room with the balcony as pictured, but we weren't in the least bit disappointed with where we were staying. The location was perfect, only a 7 minute walk into the town centre. It was clean and all amenities new. We arrived to a beautiful hamper and a congratulations card. It was a delightful touch. We loved the place so much we struggled to pack and leave! We will most definitely be going back.

Fabulous

Definitely high-end luxury apartment that was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Apt was equipped with everything you need. The host, Karina, left us a hamper full of goodies and walked us to town. She was wonderful and provided us with helpful tips. Great location - walking distance to town and other areas. Patio is awesome. Loved Bath and the apartment was great.

Our stay at Bath Circle was just outstanding. We had a wonderful welcome to a stunning apartment and found Karina just amazing. It was stylish and high quality with a good dose of luxury. The location is perfect a very short walk to central Bath. I cannot wait to stay again.
