.The Dawn, is located on the Costa Tropical. Privileged place for its location and microclimate. From this municipality we can visit others such as Salobreña, Almuñecar, Torrenueva, Nerja, ... as well as the Lecrin Valley, Alpujarras Granadinas, Sierra Nevada, Granada, Malaga ... all this in a record time between 2 to 50 minutes. We can also visit the African continent (Melilla, Al Hucemas and Nador) taking as a means of transport the Ferries in the Port of Motril.
On the same day, in just over an hour we can go from finding ourselves taking a bath on the beach to visit Sierra Nevada. Only 40 minutes away we can visit important monuments such as the Alhambra in Granada and the Generalife.
The house is located in the Motrileña valley just 2 minutes from Motril and another 2 minutes from Torrenueva by car. It is easily accessed by the N-340 road and is located on a road 250 m from it on a flat and all private land for people who rent it. Despite being so close to the municipality, with the comforts that this implies, it is far enough away, just outside it, allowing you to enjoy moments of tranquility and nature (there is a beach just 10 minutes walk through the countryside of cultivation).
The house is completely fenced, enjoys full privacy and the house is rented in its entirety, it is not shared with other tenants or owners. It has a covered terrace of 50 m2 with wood oven and barbecue, television and ceiling fan with remote control air conditioning and heating. Garden area with fruit trees typical of the area and palm trees, 1300 m2 of lawn, swimming pool for the exclusive use of the tenants of the house, solarium and an outside toilet.
Outside the house there is a play and leisure area for the little ones (rockers, slide, small house and a covered pergola with bar for the enjoyment of the tenants).
It also has a parking area for 4 -5 cars inside the farm and room for laundry and cleaning.
Inside it has:
- Living room with fireplace and bar-bar with two televisions and a mini music chain.
- 3 bedrooms:
Master bedroom with 1.35 m bed.
