Cozy Pool Home with Private Back Yard

Our home is located on a beautiful large lot and is fully gated. Surrounded by fruit trees and flowers. There is a fully enclosed private pool ( non heated) with a relaxing view, which is cleaned and sanitized weekly.
This is a perfect place for your vacation, located between Daytona Beach and Orlando theme parks as well as, beaches and springs.
New Smyrna Beach, Daytona International Speedway, Disney World, etc await within an hour drive.

The inside has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The home is fully furnished and all the beds have brand new mattresses. The house is cleaned by a professional company and fully sanitized after each guest.

PARKING: Driveway (3 vehicles), RV or boat, (garage motorcycles use only ),
Feel like home when you're on vacation.

Great family stay!

Clean property with all the comforts of home. Beaches were 30 minutes to an hour, depending. Disney parks a little more than an hour Host was super communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful scenery, Cozy and Clean

Great house with a large yard to enjoy a serene escape with a beautiful clean pool. We came in for a baseball tournament and really enjoyed ourselves! Will be back!!! Host was amazing and so caring.

Me and a friend had a coupe motorcycle events to attend during the days and enjoyed the property during the evening's. Communication was very good and I would stay here again for sure.

Baby Vacay

A place to stay and keep “littles” during birth of newest grandchild. Perfect location and accommodation. Pool and yard was just what we needed. Although the kitchen was stocked with most everything we did not have a cookie sheet/pan or broiler pan. Could have used a few more larger bowls. Furniture and beds were comfortable.

Head Count

All of the booking for the house and the communication with the manager for this house is great! The house and location is also great, we had family that lived nearby. However, we didn’t find out until we were headed there that they have the “Ring” security system and will be watching who comes and goes out of the house and will be doing a head count to make sure nobody extra is staying at the house than what was scheduled. We understand they don’t want parties there but we think that’s also kind of an invasion of privacy if we are paying to stay there. Should be something that is stated in the listing.

Thanks for staying with us Sarah, we enjoyed having you guys. Regarding your invasion of privacy concerns, we have cameras above the garage and at the door which is not a violation of privacy laws. We use this to avoid issues with people bringing additional guest that are not on the reservation to avoid paying fees and to make sure parties are not being held on the property. We will continue to monitor the outside of the property to protect our home as in the past we have had terrible experiences with guest who have paid to stay and think rules don't apply to them.

Nice and Convenient

The home was in a nice area and convenient to the things we planned for our vacation. It was a short drive to the beach, Ormond Beach was really nice. We also were able to get to Orlando with relative ease as well. Very nice enclosed pool. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful little home!

The place was clean when we arrived and we didn't have any issues getting in. The pool was clean as well and we had a great time using it! For our first mini family vacation, it was a great choice and we were glad this is the place that we ended up staying at. Definitely recommend! :)

Danielle, this is a flat out lie, the only dirty person/ people were you and your group. To the point that I had to keep your refundable $99 deposit, and now I'm dealing with $150 claim for your lack of disrespect you had for my house rules. You booked for 6 (including an infant) and showed up with 2 additional guest, to avoid paying the extra guest fee. I checked in with you several times and everything was great and not once did you mention anything. Your review is a complete retaliation for the fact that we are charging you extra for the condition you left the house in. Which includes, damage to the walls, furniture moved out of place ( we legit found the dresser from the master out of place, the plastic curtain in the bathroom had markings as if one of the kids you were with did as he/she pleased, oh and the burnt cooking pot as well). Its a shame I can't post the photos taken from my cleaning crew post checkout and the video evidence of your stay showing your additional guest on here to expose you for the liar that you are. I can only imagine the condition of your own home, since you told me you would treat mine as you do yours prior to your arrival.

Great for family.

My best friend and I planned a vacation with our children. Her oldest is a special needs 23 yr old and she also raises her 6 yr old grandson. My children are 18, 9 and my daughter turned 8 on the day we checked in. The house was very comfortable and it was easy to make ourselves at home for the week. It was a bit early in the year so the pool water was cold, but the kids played and enjoyed it some anyway. Lots of giggles and fun. Would love to try it in the warmer months. Our host was friendly and seemed to welcome communication. Beautiful neighborhood.

Homey, Cozy, and Fun!

This place is great, very spacious and cozy. The pool area and backyard are beautiful, you really don't have to go anywhere. The owner is very nice and accommodating, I would definitely stay here again if available 😊

Great place to visit my hometown and spend time with family

The house was clean and comfortable. The owner was quick to reply to questions and deal with a couple issues that came up. The children loved swimming in the pool and we were able to comfortably spend time with local family. Because of the location, comfort, and owner’s concern for us we would definitely come back here in the future.
