Bright and Airy with Steeple Views and King Beds by Lucky Savannah

Looking for a relaxing get away without compromising location? Steeple View, on tree-lined Oglethorpe Avenue, is located in one of Savannah's most desirable locations in the heart of Savannah's downtown historic district. Recently renovated, you'll enjoy all of the modern luxuries one could hope for with remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, and stunning hardwood floors! Take the elevator to the top floor of this historic building, built in 1923.

The tastefully designed kitchen offers plenty of cooking space with brand new stainless steel appliances. Just across from the kitchen, you'll find the designated dining space that opens up to the living room. The dining table seats four or is expandable for up to six Lucky guests. The living room is furnished with a sofa that converts into a comfortable Queen bed. A large flat screen television with App streaming access has also been conveniently placed in this space. A full bathroom with shower/tub combo sits just off of the living room.

The primary bedroom can be found just past the living room and offers a King bed, flat screen television, writing desk, ample amount of closet space, and steeple views. Guests will enjoy an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo that has been tastefully remodeled. The second bedroom on the other side of the apartment has a beautifully planted window box under a large window that fills the room with natural light, and also has a comfy King size bed, a flat screen television, a writing desk, and a spacious closet.

Parking: Metered Parking
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Our family loved the layout and vibe of the property, has one of the best views we e had staying in Savannah!! The only issue we had was the road noise, but after the first night we were use to it! Would stay here again for sure!!!

This property was in a great location for major attractions in the historic district. It was clean and the perfect size for a small family. The on caveat is the street traffic noise is quite loud at night. They provided a white noise machine and ear plugs which help but bring noise canceling AirPods if you’re a light sleeper!

The apartment was lovely. Comfortable and clean. It is in a great location for sight seeing in the area. Parking was expensive but not hard to find. It was loud but the hosts provided ear plugs which helped.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived Monday morning. Check-in was smooth and without issue. I arrived early and was able to reach the office first thing to arrange for early check-in (for a fee). Place was spacious, clean and had all the amenities one would expect in an efficiency. Check-out equally smooth with no issues.

All great things come to mind except for the racing cars up and down roads at night. Clean rooms, great kitchen and enough space for 4 adults. Walking around Savannah was great with location of VRBO.

Very clean space. Larger than I expected. The location was both great and not great - great because its super easy to walk to shops, parks, etc - not great because down the street from the location is the fire and police department so there is a decent amount of noise at night. However, the apartment was equipped with both sound machines and ear plugs which was very thoughtful.

Steeple View is in a great location. You can walk everywhere in the historic district. The rental had everything we needed for our girls getaway.

Beautiful apartment

Perfect location in Savannah, super clean, responsive hosts. It is in a busy road but the sound machines worked well to cover the weekend street noise.

First visit to Savannah and this place was perfect. Right in the heart of the historic district. Clean place. Comfortable king beds. So close to everything. Had an awesome time.
