Apartment Belvedere

Apartment Belvedere is a wonderfully spacious 4-bedroom home-from-home, set on one level on the 3rd floor of a traditional building. Perfectly located in the heart of the car-free village of Wengen, it's just a short, level stroll to the supermarket (350m), the village centre, the train station (500m), and the cable car (400m) — so getting to the slopes, hiking trails, and mountain adventures couldn't be easier.



This is a place designed for gathering. Sleeping up to 12 guests across four generously sized bedrooms, Apartment Belvedere is ideal for two families or larger groups. Unlike the newer, sleeker chalets, here you'll find rooms with real space to spread out — big, comfortable bedrooms, a relaxed living/dining room overlooking the valley, and a separate TV/games room that kids will quickly claim as their own. With stacks of DVDs, books, and games, it doubles as a brilliant play space, giving the grown-ups some breathing room. (Here is also a fold-out bed for a potential 12th guest for an odd night)

The cheerful eat-in kitchen is fully kitted out for big family meals — plenty of plates, cutlery, fondue and raclette sets so you can do Swiss evenings properly. With the village shop just down the lane (and even home delivery if you like), self-catering is easy and sociable.



2 full bathrooms, each divided into 2 separate rooms. Bathroom 1: 1st room has a toilet & sink. The 2nd room has a double sink & a shower/bathtub. Bathroom 2: 1st room has a toilet & sink. The 2nd room has a double sink and a walk-in shower. Fantastic water pressure and endless hot water.

There's no ski or boot park in the apartment, but that's actually a perk — you can leave everything in one of the ski depots in the village, swap into comfortable shoes, pop into a bar or café on your way back, and stroll home without clattering around in ski boots. Bliss!
