- The lavish Cabo resort affords guests all of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home. Each villa is privately owned and the U-shaped design allows amazing views from wherever you are staying within the resort. 

The Mediterranean decorated villa includes a fully furnished dine-in terrace complete with a wet bar and outdoor grill. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a Jacuzzi tub with his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room. The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.  

The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea. This ideal location is only a short walk away from the town of Cabo San Lucas. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi or water taxi. 

Villa La Estancia is one of the only privately owned resort communities on the swimmable Medano Beach in Cabo San Lucas. This property offers breathtaking views of the distinctive rock formation at Land’s End, infinity pools with waterfalls and grottos, state of the art spa and services, on-site restaurants with private chef options, and 24-hour concierge service. Villa La Estancia is less than a mile from downtown Los Cabos (famous for its nightlife), making it the perfect destination whether you’re looking for some rest and relaxation or to let loose in paradise!

This is our 3rd time to Villa La Estancia because rooms are fantastic, very accommodating for family, love the full kitchen, the pool, the beach access, the gym, on site restaurants and the customer service is excellent.

Great location

Great place to stay at with family! Family loved the pool area and hot tubs. Would definitely book again in the future. Marina is close by and beaches are beautiful.

Celebrating Grads

A relaxing get-away to celebrate our son and is girlfriend on their recent college graduation! Everyone was so helpful that truly made our trip even more enjoyable. The villa was so nice with a great view. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing!!!

The customer service here was proficient, friendly, courteous on time hands-down amazing. This resort is in a great location. The beach is swimmable. The water is clear however you will need a vehicle if you’re looking for a pool volleyball this isn’t the place for music is not a lot on the premises however it is allowed on the beach, which was quite relaxing at times.

Ashley, Jane and their team were awesome. Travel from the airport was seamless and Joel took care of us durning our stay. The condo and entire property was extremely clean. If you come, tell Pedro at the pool bar we sent you. He’ll treat you well.

Great Vacation Spot for Families!

The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful in getting us things as needed. Beds very comfortable, tvs, wifi, all worked seamlessly. The space was ideal with 2 teenagers, we could spread out! The patio views were AMAZING! It was a very pleasant surprise to have some essentials in the pantry when we arrived, so we left a few things we had purchased for the next guests. We went to Walmart when we arrived and it was an easy 5 min uber ride, all went smoothly. We enjoyed the amenities of the resort. The pool staff was great, beach was clean! We felt very safe and secure while there. It would have been nice for the Estancia guests to be able to use the Villa del Arco and Villa Del Palmer pools, and the resort is very quiet at after 10:30pm. It would have been nice to have a fire pit at Estancia. We will go back to this villa in the future.

2nd Stay with Villa La Estancia

This was our 2nd trip to this resort. We stayed in a different unit last visit. We were very pleased with the booking process. The villa is beautiful, spacious and has a wonderful view. The kitchen was perfect, with the very minor details, such as no extra trash bags, no paper towels or kitchen towels available for use. With the room being serviced only once per the week, we needed some dish washing soap and trash bags. However these things did not take away from our stay. Lastly please be aware that you can not bring your own drinks to the pool area. We spent almost $1000.00 at the pool bar and lunches poolside, One day we decided to bring our favorite drinks and beer poolside, keep in mind these items were purchased at the on site grocery store, we were told to not bring the drinks again. I understand the reasoning but still very odd. We do love this resort and again this unit was great.

Relax your day away

Villa Estancia was the perfect getaway to relax and unwind. The villa was spacious with a beautiful terrace. Enjoyed all the amenities from the spa, workout room, to poolside cocktails :)

Excellent Villa

This was a wonderful two bedroom suite for our family of five staying at the Villa La Estancia right on the beach in Cabo San Lucas. The accommodations were great and the view was even more amazing. The room was furnished nicely and was so clean. We would definitely plan on staying in the same listing again the next time we are back in Cabo. And the price was great too.

Nice but the unit needs more attention

Location was great but the kitchen dishwasher was D- so was the faucet there wasn’t any dish towels, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, GarbGe is completely rusted out, Knives were awful there was a roasting pan that had rust dust collected. It could be amazing if there was attention to detail in the kitchen area.

Wonderful stay with friends and family

This was the second year in a row we have stayed at La Estancia but in a different unit. This was on the top floor, nicely decorated, nice views, and comfy beds. We love the property grounds and close proximity to town and beach activities. The kitchens are great to have, and we use them quite a bit. Another family was staying a couple floors down, and we took turns hosting meals. The kitchen was family well equipped with plenty of pots and pans and bowls, but lacked any baking sheets or decent baking pan. It’s probably hard when renting out to keep all your supplies. It’s seems a posted checklist might be helpful in a cupboard or something. We arrived after 3pm but our room wasn’t ready. Joel, who was sent to greet us wasn’t there when we arrived either. We had purchased a lot of food from Costco,, some of which had gone bad during the week because of time not in a cooler, so that was disappointing, but we tend to overbuy, so we didn’t starve. We certainly didn’t need Joel, however. He was nice enough, just didn’t need him. There were many items left in the pantry from previous visitors and we added quite a bit to the inventory. It’s nice we can all do that. My husband and I enjoyed playing tennis, we all enjoyed the beach, pool, and hot tub daily, and loved the open concept living spaces for daily card playing. The market is great and so is the gym. Overall was a wonderful stay!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

- Villa La Estancia is a full ownership resort, not a time-share. 

 - All villas face the Sea of Cortez and surround the Infinity Pool in a “U” shape.

 - Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.

 - Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.

 - Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.

 - Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.

 - There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. 

 - There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.

 - Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,  

 - Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.

 - Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.

 - Please restrict all smoking to the terrace area only. Fines of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs in the villas. 

 - Air conditioners will not operate if the sliding door (s) is open.

 - All Villas have full baths in all Bedrooms and a full guest bath off the living area.  

 - Master suites have Jacuzzi tubs.

 - All villas have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex & TP.
