Montagnard 12 - Spa Access

Apartment of 200 m² located in the heart of the 4 Valleys. This apartment, which sleeps up to 10 people, is the ideal place to spend your holidays with family or friends in the resort of Haute-Nendaz. It is in an excellent location in the resort, only a few steps from the ski lifts and the Tracouet ski slope, within the premium Mer de Glace complex and has stunning views of the surrounding mountains.



We provide 4 unlimited and non-nominative spa passes with the apartment rental. (Subject to spa opening hours. It is not possible to have additional passes but individual entries can be purchased on site).



Details of the apartment:

4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with king size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds which can be placed side by side. 1 bedroom with 4 adult size bunk beds. There are TVs in all the bedrooms and built-in wardrobes in each. Xbox360 in kids bedroom.



3 bathrooms: 2 with bath, shower and toilet and 1 with shower and toilet.



Living room with dining table and chairs for 10, comfortable sofas, fire place, TV (with English, French, German and Italian channels) and DVD player and fully equipped open kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, wine fridge, raclette, fondue, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all the basics you need in a kitchen (dishwasher tablets, detergent, kitchen towels, etc.). Washing machine and dryer in the apartment and wifi throughout the apartment.



There are 2 undercover parking spaces (height of the front door of the garage is 2.25m)



There is also a Gas BBQ on the apartment balcony.



The Nendaz ski lift, supermarkets, restaurants, ice rink and spa are all within easy walking distance.



The ideal place to spend a beautiful holiday in the mountains.

Another great stay

Excellent location, spacious, well equipped The room with the bunk beds is quite warm, since ventilation is limited. We missed a stewing pan in the kitchen.

Amazing views

Apartment was great, so easy to get onto the mountain and directly above the spa. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you could need. The spa passes were amazing Would definitely stay again. Thanks For a large group you need more than 2 keys.

Schönes geräumiges Appartment mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Beleuchtung der Räume empfanden wir als unzureichend. Auch hätten wir uns eine bessere Beschreibung gewünscht z.Bsp. wo sich der Abstellschrank für die Skier befindet

Fantastische Wohnung

Sehr schönes Appartement. Grosszügige Räume, schöne Bäder. Alles sehr sauber. Gute Anbindung an den Tracouet Lift. Leider gibt es im Winter keinen einzigen Sonnenstrahl auf dem Balkon. Die Spa-Pässe sind sehr praktisch. Super gutes Altipik Service- Team! Der Preis ist gegenüber dem Vorjahr nochmals gestiegen. Langsam ist der Preis für 1 Woche zu hoch.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir verbrachten mit 10 Personen 1 Woche in der Wohnung. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir waren absolut zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist gross und geräumig, die Küche gut ausgestattet, schöne Bäder und Zimmer. Alles war wirklich sauber geputzt. Die 4 Spa Eintritte wurden fleissig benutzt. Gerade nach dem Skifahren war dies eine tolle Entspannung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Man kann direkt mit dem Lift in die Tiefgarage fahren, dort die Skis aus dem Keller holen und mit einem privaten Zugang in die kleine Funiculaire einsteigen. Diese bringt einem hoch zur Talstation. Der Service von Altiservices war sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit SPA Zugang

Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet, Schöne Spa Anlage die man gratis nutzen kann. Privater Liftzugang in die Wohnung. Top ausgestattete Küche. Gratis W Lan. In Jedem Zimmer ein Fernseher. Auf Grund der minimal besetzten Wohneinheiten dauert es sehr sehr lange bis warm resp. heisses Wasser kommt. Und der Schallschutz ist nur minimal berücksichtigt worden

Was das Problem mit dem heissen Wasser betrifft, so zögern Sie bitte nicht, uns ein nächstes Mal während Ihres Aufenthalts zu kontaktieren, damit wir, wenn möglich, das Problem beheben können, denn bis jetzt hatten wir noch nie eine Beschwerde. Was die Schallisolierung betrifft, so haben wir bis jetzt auch noch nie einen Kommentar dazu erhalten, aber wir nehmen dies zur Kenntnis. Wir wünschen Ihnen eine schöne Woche. Grosszügige FeWo mit Top Infrastruktur

Die Wohnung ist für 6 Erwachsene und max. 4 Kinder geeignet. Da nur ein Schlafzimmer über en-suite Badezimmer verfügt, sollten sich die anderen Erwachsenen und die Kinder ein Bad teilen können. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und es hat alles, was zum Kochen benötigt wird. Die Lage ist sowohl zum Einkaufen (Coop und Migros weniger als 5 min zu Fuss entfernt!) als auch zum Skifahren (Talstation auch in weniger als 5 min erreichbar) super! Der Spa-Access ist dann noch das Tüpfelchen auf'm i. :)

Ihre Anmerkung zu den Bädern können wir nicht ganz gut verstehen, da in der Wohnung drei vorhanden sind: 1 Badezimmer grenzt an ein Schlafzimmer (Suite) mit Badewanne, Dusche und WC 1 Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche und WC 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC Wir hoffen, Sie wieder in Nendaz begrüßen zu dürfen. Sehr tolle Wohnung mit viel platz

Die Wohnung istgrossund geräumig. allerdings denke ich zu 10. wird es dann doch ein bisschen eng. alleson allem würde ich die unterkunft wieder buchen. auch dank den vermietern, die schlüsselübergabe und die beschreibung dazu waren ausgezeichnet. danke dampfkochtopf abfluss bei den duschen gas des grills war leider leer

Sommerferien

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Da das Wetter regnerisch war hatte man genug Platz sich auszubreiten. Sehr sauber. SPA Bereich im Hotel, den wir auch nutzen konnten, war sehr schön.

Un lieu magnifique

L’appartement est superbe, très propre à notre arrivée. Des petites attentions étaient là, les personnes de contact étaient disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous étions sept et avons tous passé un très bon week-end. L’accès au spa est pratique, puisque à deux pas, en passant par le sous-sol. Rien à redire sur le Montagnard.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille dans cet appartement. Service impeccable en amont, et prestations largement conformes à toutes nos attentes. Il serait judicieux compte tenu du niveau de prestations de prévoir un enlèvement des poubelles car il est vraiment pénible de devoir tout apporter à la benne en voiture... Etrange de finir sur une note aussi désagréable.

Half-term family ski holiday

Beautiful modern and spacious apartment. Lovely views. Easy access to the spa which we all really enjoyed. Any queries with the property were dealt with swiftly. Supermarket would not deliver and it is a steep walk up the hill with the shopping so pre-planning is essential. If you enjoy log fires most evenings after skiing, you would need more wood than the small box provided and would have to purchase this from supermarket. Overall, highly recommend!

Dear Rob, I was very surprised to see the comment about the personal Meet & Greet. You have stayed at one of our properties before and you know that we welcome the guests in person. The reason why we didn't meet you is because we gave you access more than 4 hours before the agreed time of 16.00 while we were running around town to prepare the other properties on the busiest Saturday of the year. You came by public transport and asked us for a luggage drop. Instead of that we prioritised the cleaning of your apartment so you could checkin at 11.30 instead of waiting outside for more than 4 hours. Most important is that you had a great holiday and enjoyed the apartment. Thanks for your visit, Laetitia & Jess

I loved my stay at the apartment, however deposing of the rubbish was not that great having to take it across to the supermarket bins, this should be done internally and also the hangers were not great, not enough and very cheap. there is no main entrance to the block, this proved difficult, when having fiends over for dinner. The bed were very uncomfortable and a few more en-suites would be better for an apartment this size. we were unable to use the fire two nights as smoked the whole apartment out.

Dear Chris, I’m very surprised to read your review after you had asked me if you could stay an extra week because you had a great time! For all properties in Nendaz, tenants and owners need to bring their rubbish to the recycle containers. No where in town there is a pick up service of rubbish. There is a main entrance at the back of the apartment with a door bell. The number of bathrooms are known before you arrive, something we can't change I'm afraid. The fireplace works absolutely fine and is checked every year, we have never had any calls regarding the fire place, this must be a user issue. As I said when you called, the extractor of the kitchen should not be on in the beginning of the fire, maybe that could have been the reason. Why stay an extra week if the beds were so uncomfortable? This is something very personal, never had any complaint before regarding the beds. We will check all the hangers and purchase some good ones, thank you for notifying this. From your text message on your last day, I’m sure you had a great holiday, which is I think the most important. Have a great new Year, Laetitia & Jess
