We love our "family" area of OC where it isn't too crowded - but within walking distance of so many great restaurants..and in particular the huge park across the street. We LOVE walking out on that long pier. We frequently go to all three boardwalks (OC, Bethany, and Rehoboth)! And yes, we have an amazing cleaning crew - people always seem to comment on how clean our place is. It is a point of pride. Love your comment on your "first" experience.
