Beautiful Bayfront Condo with Breathtaking Sunsets

Largest end unit in the Kaui Building at the Island of Hidden Harbour located directly Bayfront in North Ocean City next to Northside Park. This home is my personal retreat and is only rented occasionally during the summer.

It has been professionally decorated WITH A COMPLETE RENOVATION IN 2022,features panoramic views of the Bay, a fireplace, a bayfront large two sided wrap around balcony, and an additional balcony off one of the bedrooms facing East. Unobstructed Second story views of the sunset await you at this retreat!
The complex has two pools, one tennis court, a volleyball court, charcoal grills, and a playground for the toddlers.

Stay connected with WiFi (wireless) Internet service. Our home is meticulously clean and is fully stocked with kitchen utensils making for all the comforts of home. Enjoy the sunsets or take a five minute walk to the end of the street and relax on the beach. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance as is Northside park, which features fields, playgrounds, and a jogging track. Plenty of parking.

Amazing Sunsets!!

We love vacationing in this condo! It is very spacious and clean with a lot of amenities. The wraparound balcony provides hours of relaxing views—especially at sunset. It is a quick car ride to the free beach with free parking, and we love the proximity to Northside Park.

Beautiful Bayside Condo

One of the nicest VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in. The wraparound bayside deck is peaceful & the view is stunning. Just a short walk (or bike ride) across the road to the ocean. If you’re going to OC, this is the one to rent.

Great place and location

This has been our favorite place in OCMD! The condo was immaculate when we arrived and anything you can think of was provided for us. The wrap-around deck was beautiful and relaxing. The location was close to Northside Park and many great restaurants. Our kids said they only want to stay here in the future. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Property was perfect. Spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean . Kitchen equipped with everything you would need. Large rap-around porch was fantistic, directly on the bay with beautiful view. We watched the Sunday night fireworks from our porch. Two pools at the complex were beautiful. Also plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked again for next yearr.

Amazing vacation!!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. We took daily walks to northside park. Loved the fireworks show on Sunday night. Super close to the beach. We visited the pool daily! The views were breathtaking!! The owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had! We would definitely book this place again!

Amazing Sunsets

This is our second year staying in this lovely home situated directly on the bay with amazing sunsets right from the wraparound deck, a short walk to the beach and adjacent to a wonderful park for walking, biking, crabbing, kayaking etc. We love this location and the property is in excellent condition. We will be returning.

Annual Family Vacation

We were blown away from this vacation! Our condo was immaculate, quiet, and location was fabulous! Just steps to the pool and a wonderful view of the bay. Within walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants too. We were able to do a vast amount of activities, most within a 20 min drive. We enjoyed our stay so much we're thinking of heading back there next summer!! Would definitely recommend a trip to Ocean City MD, and staying at this condo!!!

This condo was fantastic!!!! Beautiful views of the bay. short walt to do crabbing and fishing also. The condo was well appointed and spotless. Northside park was within walking distance and the pool was clean. The only thing we found missing was a large pot to do a shrimp boil or crabs.Will go back to OC and will go for this condo. GREAT LOCATION & VIEWS

Wonderful Getaway

This condo is terrific! The wrap around deck overlooking the bay is amazing -- watching the wildlife and the sunset was very relaxing. Location is terrific too -- close to shopping, a nice park is adjacent and a short drive to so many fun activities.

Bayside Gorgeous View

Our 3-bedroom condo rental was beautifully maintained and well-equipped. Check-in was a breeze. The location right next to Northside Park is fabulous for walking, biking and Sundae's in the Park! The beach was a short walk or a quick drive away. We absolutely loved the fantastic view of Assawoman Bay and the amazing sunsets every evening. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful Condo with Unsurpassed Bay Views

Our family immensely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The check-in process was seamless, and the condo was extremely clean upon arrival. The unit felt extremely spacious and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed - we enjoyed meals at the dining room table as well as in the deck! The bay views from the deck (and also from the living room!) are simply stunning. The neighborhood is extremely peaceful and we enjoyed the queit tranquility. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation, and we hope to return in the future!

Amazing views and great property

The very easy check-in process, great spacious property with nice beds and decor. We enjoyed it being so close to everything and the pool was amazing! The owner was nice to allow us to use his dock to launch paddleboard, so my husband could go get his sunburn while enjoying the boats passing by :) All in all, very nice stay, highly recommend it!
