This Top Floor condo situated immediately next to Alii Drive has everything you need to enjoy your time on the Big Island of Hawaii! The property features a full kitchen and a full bathroom. There is a Queen sized bed, plenty of seating in the living area, flat screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, plus a lanai with outdoor seating. You will be able to enjoy the cruise ships docked in the bay from the Lanai. There is Air Conditioning to help cool off from the tropical sunshine after your Hawaii excursions. The property is equipped to make it easy for beach adventures with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, noodles, coolers and more.

The Kona Shores condominium complex has an ocean-front pool with a cabana, two bathrooms and a charcoal grill for barbecuing. It is a perfect location to hang out and soak up the Hawaii sun and enjoy the gorgeous Kona sunsets. You may possibly spot the famous 'Green Flash” at sunset as the sun sets behind the horizon. The Kona Shores is a popular location for visitors due to its close proximity to beaches and to the heart of Kailua Kona which is filled with restaurants and shopping right along the water’s edge. Some of the activities you can find on the Kona Coast include beaches, luau’s, farmer’s markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep sea fishing; just about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. With so much to do this condo makes a perfect home base to relax after all of your vacation adventures or you can just have a relaxing day lounging by the pool.

There are rent-able bikes available across the street from Kona Shores. There is an assigned parking space and laundry facilities that are compatible with the PayRange laundry facility app.

No smoking, no pets.

**All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Knutson & Associates Property Management in addition to purchasing a Damage Protection Plan or providing a Security Deposit if they stay at this property. Inquire within for specific details**

**There is no elevator at the complex, and you do have to go up 1 flight of stairs.

This condo unit was perfect for me as a solo traveller. Location was great, about 20 minutes for me to walk in to Kona. Easy access to the highway for my numerous excursions. Pool located right on the beach offered amazing sunset views. The kitchen had everything I needed, and more. All the beach accessories were a welcome addition as well. Queen bed and a pull out couch, if you need to accommodate more people.

Great place

Very clean and very well equipped. It’s close to everything in Kona, great sunset views from the pool. Nice to have a parking space included with the condo.

We stayed 20 days at this really nice condo. On line pictures were accurate so no surprises. Condo was clean and very comfortable. Great location, close to town and the pool right next to the ocean is lovely. We would definitely stay here again! Hosts were very attentive. Mahalo, Rod and Anne Nanaimo, B.C.

Perfect spot to stay near Kona

Great place to stay just mile down the road from all of the shops and restaurants and walking distance to coffee shop and small convenience store. The unit is on the road but was not as noisy as we expected. The pool was great with a view of and access to the rocky shores of the ocean for a beautiful sunset.

Spacious studio with a great location

We enjoyed our stay at this great location. The condo was well equipped. We used the lawn chairs, ice packs & umbrellas that were there. They were nice to have & greatly appreciated. Sunsets from the pool area were awesome!

It’s a beautiful little studio condo on the second floor accessible by stairs right next to the road. The location is close to all of the Kona life. The condo owner has supplied beach towels and amenities to provide you with fun times at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay at this little place. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable

We stayed for 11 nights in this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. It is an easy walk to shops and restaurants and although it is on the shoreline if you are looking for a good beach, you will need a car. The property manager was very quick to reply to all messages and was nice to deal with. The sunset from the pool is amazing! Don't hesitate to book this cute little place :)

This condo was just as advertised. It would be perfect for a younger couple looking for a short term stay right near the hub of Kona downtown. It is very basically stocked but more or less has everything you need. A couple boogie boards would have been greatly appreciated and a portable plastic laundry tub for the walk to the laundry

Great holdiay location

The location of the condo was great and really clean. The listing is complete (we did not miss anything), accurate and everything worked appropriately. Communications with the property manager was easy, clear, and received well enough in advance so that the checkin process is easy and fast. Checout process was also easy to do. No excessive requirements to do. We had a great time, and we thank you for that. We definitvely recommend this location.

Great stay, but nothing fancy

This property had all we needed for our first visit to the Big island. Good location! Nice extras for the beach on the patio, umbrella, cooler. We didn’t use the pool but the views of the sunset was nice from there. Did buy some charcoal and grilled by the pool a couple of nights. Only critique I have is there could be a bit more kitchenware provided. Very limited on cups and plates. All in all a great little place for the week!
