Area was nice ground foor was a plus. Nice pool. Whole area was nice,clean. Close to the town. I would recommend this.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had booked both b2 and b3 and this one is definitely the cheaper and nicer unit.Great location, clean and dual A/C units.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is an older one. Could use a few updates on the outside buildings. On site property manager was very friendly and welcoming. Grounds were kept up. Pool area was nice. Lots of seating at pool and oceanside. My opinion about the inside of the condo is that it could be better in being updated. Lanai door does not have a traditional lock which was not disclosed. Bathroom could have been more updated to reflect a more cohesive look. We enjoyed the oceanview and sitting watching the sunsets. Down the road where the old part of town is was very busy. Nightlife was good as well. Lots of people walking, running and riding bikes every day. We did have 1 issue while we were there. The shower head was shooting an arc of water across the wall and unfortunately onto the light fixture which unfortunately started acting as a strobe fixture. Property management company did have someone out to fix the next day.

We're also glad to hear that the on-site staff made you feel welcome and that you enjoyed the convenient location near downtown Kailua-Kona. While this is an established oceanfront condominium complex, we understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to interior finishes and updates. We appreciate your suggestions and will certainly share them with the property owner for consideration. Regarding the lanai door, some condominium properties feature different locking mechanisms than traditional residential doors, and we appreciate your feedback. We also appreciate you bringing the showerhead issue to our attention during your stay. Our maintenance team responded and addressed the issue the following day, as you mentioned. We always encourage guests to notify us of any concerns so we have the opportunity to resolve them as promptly as possible. Thank you again for staying with us and for recognizing the many wonderful features of this oceanfront property. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Kona in the future! My Hawaii Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The unit was exactly as pictured, very clean and very comfortable. The outside was amazing with the pool, the beach with lounge chairs, chairs and grills to cook. Great view of the sunsets. The manager did provide good customer service. The rental is close to downtown so you could walk to restaurants, shopping, farmers market. Not far driving distance to Captain Cook which does alot of the activities. When I go back to Hawaii I will come back and recommend to whomever asks. 100%

Our condo was a comfortable space to come back to and relax. We enjoyed being able to open the patio door, walk out to the beach, sit on the lounge chairs and watch the sun set.Our unit was clean and had every kitchen utensil to prepare a sit down meal.The building was in a convenient location from downtown and stores.
