Welcome to Kona Pacific A-102! A spectacular property that's extremely spacious! A-102 has 1227 interior square feet & a 357 square foot lanai! Exquisitely remodeled from top to bottom. Granite Counters and Hickory Soft-close Cabinets!
There are 2 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, a unique & special offering for a Wonderful Vacation.
Right in the heart of Kailua-Kona on the Big Island, there are NO STAIRS to access this unit and there is a keyless entry system for ease of access.
A beautiful ocean view from the lanai for sunset relaxing. Amenities include: a king bed, 2 twin beds (converted to a king by request), and a queen sofa sleeper. Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher. Large washer/dryer in unit. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, with Air Conditioner (honestly you don't need it with ceiling fans and sliding glass doors to the lanai in every room).
This special property is beautifully decorated & we're confident you will want to return year after year!
Includes cable TV (many HD channels) & free wi-fi. Beach towels, coolers and beach chairs for your convenience. Under ground parking that's accessible by elevator. Complex amenities include a completely remodeled pool, gazebo, a bbq area with many tables, and a reading room. One block from downtown Kona and walking distance to 10+ restaurants. Also near three popular Kona beaches: Honl's Beach, Magic Sands Beach & Kahalu'u Beach.

Great Stay in Kailua-Kona!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. We loved having the third bathroom when multiple people needed to shower at once. Unit is easy to get to, has an ocean view across the street, and is well-stocked with beach essentials. We found the unit and complex to be very quiet. Parking is easy - just make sure you don’t rent a huge vehicle because the garage is a little tight. I was a bit worried about the air conditioning since the condo just has window units, but they kept the place nice and cool, especially the bedrooms. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

We’re sorry the parking was not ideal for your larger vehicle. The parking spaces at this property are standard condo-association sized stalls and can be tight for oversized vehicles. The rental is in great condition and well stocked. We were pleasantly surprised with the coolers and beach chairs. It is a relatively easy walk to restaurants and shops. We were 4 adults with large suitcases so had rented a large vehicle which did not fit in the underground parking spot. However, street parking is easy to find and fairly close. They were working on the flagstone around the pool (we were informed of this before we arrived) so the pool was closed but it looked nice. We had a surprisingly good view of the water considering we were a couple blocks back.

Unit was great. I have stayed at another unit in the complex so I knew the building and the amenities going in. The parking on this unit is top notch which was great. The location of the unit close to Ali'i Drive is nice. The unit itself is well laid out with both rooms having their own ensuite and a/c units for both the rooms and the main area. The unit was fantastic and well equipped for our needs.

We really enjoyed our week stay here. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Nice big lanai :) we would stay here again. Note that the parking garage is a very close fit it you have a large (we had an Expedition) SUV. Easy walk to nearby abc store and restaurants.

A couple of things stopped me from giving it five stars. My husband and I had the twin bed room and the bedding was so bad, cheap and nasty and slippery. I should have gone and bought my own sheets but suffered through. The pots and pans in the kitchen are old and probably should be replaced, and a pair of tongs would have helped. Both are small things though and I would stay there again.
The lanai was great, we usually ate out there
The sunsets and rainbows from the lanai were wonderful. Easy walk to the Royal Kona.

We had a good time and the property fit our needs . View of the water was awesome . Property manager brought over a new coffee grinder for us to enjoy our Kona coffee! Property management was great .

Nice spacious condo right w/in walking distance of downtown Kona, and easy to access anywhere in Kona. 3 bathrooms was great for a family with kids. Good amenities, pool and we had a great time.

Modern Condo

The condo is great. It it very clean and modern with updated appliances. The pictures are accurate. The resort is gorgeous and right on the beach. The resort is close to restaurants, shops and the market. We would definately stay there again.

This was our second weeklong stay in this unit. Kona pacific is a very well maintained complex. Super easy access to town , beach , restaurants and weekend live entertainment. Can’t wait for our return visit.
