Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher. Large washer/dryer in unit. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, with Air Conditioner (honestly you don't need it with ceiling fans and sliding glass doors to the lanai in every room).

The rental is in great condition and well stocked. We were pleasantly surprised with the coolers and beach chairs. It is a relatively easy walk to restaurants and shops. We were 4 adults with large suitcases so had rented a large vehicle which did not fit in the underground parking spot. However, street parking is easy to find and fairly close. They were working on the flagstone around the pool (we were informed of this before we arrived) so the pool was closed but it looked nice. We had a surprisingly good view of the water considering we were a couple blocks back.

Unit was great. I have stayed at another unit in the complex so I knew the building and the amenities going in. The parking on this unit is top notch which was great. The location of the unit close to Ali'i Drive is nice. The unit itself is well laid out with both rooms having their own ensuite and a/c units for both the rooms and the main area. The unit was fantastic and well equipped for our needs.

A couple of things stopped me from giving it five stars. My husband and I had the twin bed room and the bedding was so bad, cheap and nasty and slippery. I should have gone and bought my own sheets but suffered through. The pots and pans in the kitchen are old and probably should be replaced, and a pair of tongs would have helped. Both are small things though and I would stay there again.

The sunsets and rainbows from the lanai were wonderful. Easy walk to the Royal Kona.

We really enjoyed our week stay here. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Nice big lanai :) we would stay here again. Note that the parking garage is a very close fit it you have a large (we had an Expedition) SUV. Easy walk to nearby abc store and restaurants.

This was our second weeklong stay in this unit. Kona pacific is a very well maintained complex. Super easy access to town , beach , restaurants and weekend live entertainment. Canā€™t wait for our return visit.

The condo is great. It it very clean and modern with updated appliances. The pictures are accurate. The resort is gorgeous and right on the beach. The resort is close to restaurants, shops and the market. We would definately stay there again.

Kona Pacific A102 met all our needs and then some. The accommodation was spacious for the four of us. We appreciated having a bathroom for each bedroom plus an extra bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with good cookware and utensils and enough dishes and glassware to host a party (we didnā€™t). We cooked many times during our stay and the only problem was that the oven temperature seemed to fluctuate and not get quite high enough. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of spare linens and pillows. We watched TV together several times in the airy and inviting living room, which had enough seating for everybody. The lanai was large and quite private despite being on the ground floor, and we had a view of the pool on one side and the ocean on the other. We enjoyed eating at the outside table, comfortable even on hot days because of the fans. We made use of the washer and drier almost every day--nice to go home without dirty laundry. We were here for the Ironman, and the location was perfect for that--an easy walk to the race start but far enough away to avoid the commotion. Ironman runners passed just yards away from the apartment twice during the competition. We were all very happy with the apartment and highly recommend it for families or two couples.

The location is on the corner unit, which gives you an unobstructed view of the ocean from the covered balcony. The unit is also very conveniently located to the underground parking lot and the poo, and an easy walk into town. We had ample space and appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards, and in-unit washer and dryer. You can walk into town within 5 minutes. It was quiet and clean. While the unit could use a fresh coat of paint and is a little dated, it was very clean and comfortable. Our arrival was also right when there was a tsunami evacuation taking place. The management company provided us with updates and evacuation instructions that were very helpful and much appreciated.
