Casa Veranera is two blocks away from beautiful Playa Grande beach, and walking distance to local bars, restaurants and shops.

The road from San Jose airport or Liberia airport is paved all the way to the house.

This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is just two minute walk to the Playa Grande beach, you can hear the ocean when sitting on the porch, watch humming birds and butterflies flying around the tropical flowers planted right in front of the house or relax at our private pool area with brand new pool and Rancho. The house is furnished with custom made teak furniture.

Upstairs is a large bedroom with king size bed and bunk bed ( twin bed on topand fullbed on bottom ), teak ceiling and private bathroom with his and hers sink, walk in shower, private toilet and jacuzzi tub. This bedroom opens up to the private upstairs porch where you can enjoy beautiful sunset relaxing on the oversized daybed or watch rain coming down in green season.

Downstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan and A/C unit.

The kitchen has granite countertop and is equipped with stainless steal fridge, gas range with 4 burners and oven, dishwasher, blender, food processor, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware and all you might need for cooking. All major appliances have been replaced with new ones in June 2018.

The dinning room has a beautiful round teak table with 6 chairs and connects the kitchen with the living room.

The living room is spacious with two reclining chairs, two sofas, oversized table and 43inch LG TV.

For families traveling with babies and small kids we have pack'n'play, Fisher Price booster chair and travel bathtub.

The house has a brand new easy-to-use state-of-the-art security system. A safe for personal valuables is also available for our guests. House got also updated in fall 2018 with Pella architect line windows with high security hurricane glass. In addition to the security system this house has decorative security bars on windows and upstairs porch door and the whole property has concrete wall around.

The parking area for up to 3 cars is right in front of the house behind the fence. Also the tourist police station is only one block away as well as The leatherback turtle station where you can book night tour and see one of these beautiful giants nest on the beach during the nesting season ( October - March ).

There is off street secure parking, maid service and laundry room available for our clients.

Rincon de la Vieja, where you can go for hike, canopy tour, enjoy hot springs or visit hummingbird garden is only 1,5 hour by car from Playa Grande.

Playa Grande is 1 hour away from Liberia international airport and 20 minutes away from Tamarindo airport.
