Great location

Very convenient to bus stop, train station, and a few stores for essentials. A clean and comfortable apartment with a lovely little porch. I hope to stay here again!

Excellent Chicago-area accommodations

This apartment has plenty of room for four adults and is very well-maintained. It's equipped with everything your need for a comfortable stay, is very clean, and is located conveniently near restaurants and shopping.

Skokie stay

It’s the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and would highly recommend it. Everything you need is there including a reserved parking spot, our host Mark was available for any questions or concerns we had. Will definitely stay there again next time we’re in the area. A++

Just as described

We stayed a week during Christmas. Everything was great. The location and neighborhood were convenient and safe. Parking was easy. Apartment was spotless with extra blankets, plenty of towels, and a well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, easy, with convenient off street parking

The property was very clean, had parking right next to the entryway that made it easy to unpack and load up quickly. The neighborhood was quiet but still had lots of nearby restaurants and breakfast options. It was a calm resting place between our activities.

Nice, clean apt in Skokie with parking

Had nice weekend stay in Mark’s property. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Mark was responsive and the one issue we had was resolved handily. Designated parking spot was a plus but we also found street parking easily for a second car. We did not cook but there seemed to be adequate supplies for that. Location was great; close to restaurants and shopping and easy access to the interstate. We would stay here again.

Clean Nice host a lot of things to do in the area

It was our first time in the us and thanks to the location we did al lot of stuff the train station is close, and a lot of Nice restaurant in the area. The appartment was clean and there was a lot of spaece.

Was just as advertised

Everything was as advertised. The host was in touch with us for anything we needed, very quick to respond. The apartment was very clean and had all of the supplies needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Second Visit

We stayed for five weeks in this apartment while our home was remodeled. Easy access to check in and assigned parking space was of great benefit. All you will need for a comfortable stay and area and building are very quiet. You can regulate your own heat which is a plus.

Exceptional!

Private parking space was so great, and the cleanliness of the entire space sure made us feel important. No issues checking in or out, quiet neighborhood, & right off of the highway. Host Mark checked in to make sure we had everything we needed , and we will definitely re-book when we come back to visit one of our favorite cities, CHICAGO!

Chicago-ish

We stayed here to be be close-ish to the city yet far enough away. Place is CLEAN and in the heart of what’s good in Skokie, near the train, super close to good food, and even close to shopping if you need essentials. As stated, the apartment is clean, is nice and roomy, very homey feeling. Checking in and out was a breeze, as was parking with the reserved spot. We had an infant with us, and had no issues with noise from neighbors or anything of the sort. Next time we think about being close to Chicago, we’ll think about staying here!

Nice, clean apartment

We stayed here to be close to an exhibit at Old Orchard Mall, but I was surprised at the ease of access to other parts of the Chicago area to meet up with my brother and sister-in-law. The apartment itself was clean and bright, and the check-in and check-out process was remarkably easy. Mark was very easy to communicate with, as well. Travelling as a family of four, I appreciated the layout, with the bathroom located between the two bedrooms, and the kitchen and living room separated at the front of the apartment. When there's a breeze, you can't beat the deck off the back, either. It was a great stay, and I recommend this property!

Nice Place

Pros: Clean, Comfortable, Quiet Area, Beautiful New Porch. Cons: Thin walls. Only issue I had was the owner did not notify me that the porch would be under construction before I arrived. The main reason we booked this rental was for the porch, which I had communicated to the owner before booking. He did notify me before the workers came to finish the porch the next day.

Cleanly Apartment and Smooth stay!

As depicted in the pictures the apartment was very clean, modern appliances, with some provided toiletries, and Mark was very communicative. He sent all of the information I would need days prior, answered when I needed help over the phone, and checked in on us. We had a excellent stay here.

Great Property for our weekend trip!

The rental was wonderful for us - myself/husband/ 20+ daughter. Two bedrooms and living room space/kitchen gave enough room for all of us. Super clean and the included parking spot was perfect! Had an issue with electronic entry at one point but property manager responded quickly and all was well! Thank you!

Great Apartment With Access to Chicago

My family had a great stay here! The apartment is well updated and comfortable. Two adults and two toddlers were able to sleep and relax comfortably. The apartment is well stocked for everything you would need during your stay and it was very clean. The apartment is nearby a large amount of restaurants and a mall, everything is at your fingertips. It is also an easy drive to downtown Chicago, it took us roughly 45 minutes to get to the city give or take for traffic. The private parking spot was also a great bonus! Would definitely stay again.
