This is the perfect spot for an escape to a quiet place in pine woods with plenty of outdoor activities in the surrounding area; you'll surely be entertained during your stay! The home has a fully-equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation and plenty of space for both dining and relaxing. Board games are provided at the home for some evening fun and family bonding! There is also a private gas grill available if you'd like to treat your friends to a tasty cookout! For added convenience, this home features free WiFi and a washer/dryer.

The home is located just a short distance from town and you can easily walk there! There are restaurants and beaches just within a mile from the home and you won't need a car to get there! There are loads of hiking trails in the area as well as paddling, kayaking, and guided trips from the Tidal Transit town. You'll also find botanical gardens and some neat lighthouses to check out for that perfect vacation photo!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Quaint and Beautiful

This home was lovely. Had everything we needed! The beach was a wonderful spot to watch the sunrise and enjoy the afternoon. Walked to town which was a great evening excursion. Great location.

Cozy cabin getaway!

Very comfortable cabin with a homey and cozy feel yet plenty of room for a family of four to spread out. Lots of places to sit, tables to play games, do puzzles or change up the eating routine. The screened in porch was phenomenal and we spent half our time out there enjoying the surroundings. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, and the bathroom was large with plenty of counter space. No issues with wifi, lighting, plugs, etc. Great cabin all around! Would stay there again!

Romantic Cottage in the Woods, with adventure a walk away!

If you love the cozy woods of Wisconsin, and the adventure of the North Shore, then this place is for you. In Maine! This great little cabin has the perfect front porch for a game of cribbage, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, and cozy charm on a rainy day to get over your whale watching sea sickness in front of the fire. An invigorating walk away you can get the best blueberry pie you will ever have, eat breakfast at Waves cafe, or go kayaking to the public Island and get a tour of the light house (check hours before you go.) This place is the perfect get away for a couple looking to rekindle the romance, get away from everything or bring another couple or the kids along for the second bedroom and have a family get away. We loved everything about our stay here, and the fact it is not a cookie cutter updated cabin makes it even better. Not a place to party, you can close the bars down at 9, but if you are in your 40s+ like us, and enjoy a mix of outdoor adventure, great food, good shopping and/or in need of a quiet retreat, then this place is perfect for you. And if you are in doubt of what good eat'n, the local bar tender said it best when she rolled her eyes at my husband and said, "Well call me crazy, but I'd go with the lobster."

Serenity Now

The cabin was as listed. Off the beaten track but still close to the action of Boothbay. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and extremely well stocked. Only drawback was no cable or satellite tv, only internet access. But then, who needs tv on vacation?

Nice location away from all the touristy activities but close enough to jump in if we wanted to.

The screened in porch was our special spot in the house. Coffee/tea in the morning. Crossword puzzles and book reading for my husband, while I went out riding my bike on many backroads to quiet places off the beaten path. House was very clean, neat and tidy. Well stocked, no need to bring any kitchen supplies. The washer and dryer came in very handy too.

Boothbay Harbor

This cabin is in a great location! We walked to everything in the downtown area. The cabin was very well equipped with everything we needed. There is no AC but there are plenty of fans to make it comfortable at night. We’d stay there again!

Lovely little cabin near the harbor!

We really had a wonderful time staying here. I was a little worried about whether it would get stuffy but the fans worked very well to keep the place cool! Love the porch and watching the bird feeder. For anyone thinking about walking into town, be aware that you need to be in shape enough to climb a steep little hill on the way back. Same goes for walking to the private beach, which is a wonderful thing by the way. There are a few parking spots there FYI if anyone doesn't want to walk the whole way. Would definitely stay here again.
