Perfect Maine Cottage Directly on the Coast

We are located directly on the coast.. versus on the "bay" or "harbor", and the views from this custom designed cottage are some of the nicest you will find. We are situated just high enough to provide protection from the ocean, but close enough to hear the waves and surf at all times of the day. Being so close to the water, the feeling in the cottage is a lot like being on a large boat. THERE IS NO ROAD and NO POWER LINES between OUR COTTAGE AND THE OPEN OCEAN. You have an unrestricted and very private view of the open Atlantic and surrounding islands and harbors from our deck. This is hard to find, even in Maine. Nobody walking or driving on a road between you and the sea? Priceless! We also allow most breeds of dogs for a modest fee, but PLEASE CONFIRM BEFORE BOOKING that your dogs age and breed are allowed. That the minimum age of any child is 10. Maximum guest size is 4 (four). The cottage features two queen sized beds, one on each floor, with access to a bathroom on each floor as well. Boothbay Harbor, with all it's charm, galleries, shopping and restuarants, is less than 10 minutes away. Our cottage is situated on a little known oceanfront drive. our quiet road is one of the best kept secrets around and offers views and ocean walks as nice as you will find, but with far fewer people than some areas. Imagine yourself on our deck with a sliver of moonlight coming across the Atlantic and right to you!
