From the rehabilitation of an old workshop, it is accessed by a small paved courtyard at the end of a dead end.
Quiet and facing south, Le Nid du Héron is a single storey cottage that can accommodate up to 4 people.
It consists of a large living room overlooking the garden and pool, with a lounge area with a sofa bed, a flat screen TV with home theater (Canal +, Canal + on demand, Netflix ...).
An equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, cooker, hood, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle ...
You also have a nice room with retro charm with an en suite bathroom (walk-in shower).
The toilets are separated.
You will enjoy a closed private garden of 100 m2 with a swimming pool heated to 28 ° (May to September) and a large sun terrace with garden furniture and a relaxation area.

The cottage is located on our homestead. Access and amenities have been designed to preserve your privacy. The accommodation has a completely independent entrance, you enjoy the exclusive enjoyment of the garden and pool

## The neighborhood
The cottage is located in the charming neighborhood of Butte Sainte-Anne, known for its village side with its small shops, all within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, press 200m, Supermarket 400m).
The district enjoys an exceptional view on the island of Nantes (the machines, the elephant, the carousel) and the pretty fishing village of Trentemoult is accessible by shuttle boat (to take at the foot of the hill).
We are also located very close to very beautiful parks (Oblates, Schwob, Procé) as well as Jules Verne museum, Planetarium and Maillé Brézé!
