Epicéa is a spacious flat situated a 10–15-minute walk from the town centre. Fully furnished with attractive furniture, it has three bedrooms and sleeps six, and can comfortably accommodate six guests. Don’t miss the chance to stay in this comfortable flat!

With a floor area of 95 m², it is ideally situated between Place Mellinet and Place René Bouhier. On the third and top floor, with a lift, it is laid out as follows:
a spacious entrance hall opening onto a large living area comprising a kitchen, lounge and dining room. This space features large floor-to-ceiling windows with access to the balcony. The sleeping area is separate and laid out as follows: three lovely bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The bedrooms also open onto the balcony.

A major advantage: a secure private parking space in the basement.
The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with its three bedrooms furnished as follows: 1 double bed (160×200), 1 double bed (140×200) and two single beds (90×190). Please note that the two single beds can be pushed together to form a double bed.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped so that all you need to do is unpack your bags. It features, amongst other things: a Nespresso coffee machine, Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher.

The Epicéa property is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You’ll be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will show you round the flat, explain how everything works and hand over the keys.
High-quality bed linen, towels, rugs and tea towels are provided, and the beds will be made up on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we provide a few coffee pods, tea bags and sugar.

Neighbourhood and transport:
All the shops you need are about a 7-minute walk away (bakery, supermarket, etc.).
Located a 10–15-minute walk from the very centre of Nantes and a 5-minute walk from tram line 1 and bus routes C1, C3 and 11! These will take you to the Château des Ducs de Bretagne or the railway station in under 15 minutes. Les Machines de l’île is a 15-minute walk away. As you can see, Epicéa is ideally situated for a stay in Nantes.
