The 1st floor is the main level with the Great Room (LR, DR, Kit), and the 1st BR. This bedroom has 2 Singles. On this floor is a Hall Bath (tub/shower combo). Off the Great Room is the first of 2 marsh view covered decks with plenty of seating plus a picnic table. The stair case to the 2nd floor is located in the foyer and leads to the hall laundry room and 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The Master Bedroom - King - is on the left with the 2nd covered deck and private bath with tub and stall shower. Also there are grand views of the marsh, creeks and sunsets. To the right down the hall are the other two bedrooms one with a Queen & private bath and the other with a Trundle Bed w/bunk + Q) Bunk with bath (tub/shower).
