Welcome to "Seaforever" on Edisto Island, SC; a spectacular oceanfront sanctuary with direct beach access which is located in the most sought after exclusive gated community on Edisto. The name really does say it all! Located on private Eddingsville Beach in the private gated community of Jeremy Cay, "Seaforever" offers 4 levels of indoor and outdoor living spaces, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and it's own private walk directly to the beach. All other properties share 2 common beach accesses except for this property and one other.

As you enter this magnificent home, (via the elevator or the lovely covered front entryway or the wet weather entrance with stairs) you will arrive on the first floor and immediately be taken in by the panoramic ocean views. The large open kitchen features custom cabinetry with quartz counter tops and back splash with center island and a breakfast bar - open to the great room, gazebo breakfast area and dining room. In the dining room there is a 10' custom made dining table. In the great room, with ocean views, there is a 64" tv over the mantle of the fireplace. This floor offers access to a wrap around porch where you will find a gas grill and drink refrigerator with dining tables to seat twelve and seating around a cozy fire pit. Head down from this level to access the covered patio and 21 foot swim spa. There are two sets of stairs to take you down from this level to the cabana area which includes the swim spa, outdoor games which include an electronic basketball game, corn hole, and ping pong table OR continue on to your beach access.

The main kitchen is located on the first level and is complete with ocean views, quartz counters, custom island and stainless appliances including two dishwashers.

On this first level you have a large master suite complete with seating, large smart tv, private entrance to the ocean and swim spa and a large master bath. There are two queen beds in this suite sleeping 4 guests.

In addition we have on this level is a bedroom with en-suite vanity, flat screen tv & a king bed sleeping two guests. One of the two laundry rooms is located conveniently located on this level.

Head upstairs by way of the stairs or elevator to the 2nd level which boasts four large bedrooms and an office area complete with desk and printer. One of the bedrooms offers a custom built full over queen bunk bed as well as a custom built Pelican twin bed sleeping five guests. The next room offers a queen bed and a daybed sleeping three guests. There is a full bathroom located directly adjacent to this bedroom. The third bedroom is yet another private suite with a king size bed and private bedroom sleeping two guests. The fourth bedroom is the incomparable main Master Suite with a full second kitchen. This suite spreads across the entire oceanfront of the second living level with the elevator access just outside in the hallway. This Master Suite offers stunning vistas of the ocean from every space it encompasses and is complete in every way with a king size bed and a private sitting area with fireplace. Just push a button; no messy fire building required so relax in the comfortable luxurious seating & read that book you never have time to read. There is also a full ensuite kitchen in the master suite.

The master bath is a huge state of the art bathroom with walk-in closet/dressing room, large shower and jacuzzi bathtub large enough for both of you. To complete this suite there is a private covered oceanfront balcony with Charleston hanging bed swing and rocking chairs. This suite sleeps two guests.

Continue to the next level via the stairway and you will enter a spacious entertainment media room where your eyes will be immediately drawn to the expansive ocean views and to the many entertainment options. This is an entertainment room which acts as a wonderful entertaining/gathering space, with large windows, allowing an abundance of natural light and ocean views. A true Media Room complete with a gorgeous pool table, a professional shuffleboard table, 84" smart tv with theater media reclining chairs, a kitchenette dining area, video game console table that seats two, two custom built in twin bunk beds and a large full bathroom. To complete your entertainment step out onto the oceanfront balcony on this level and you can see forever..."Sea Forever". Fair warning ...some people get on this level and never want to leave. This room sleeps 4.

"SeaForever" is served by an elevator which accesses the first two living floors from the ground level carport; does not go to the 3rd floor, requires stairs. There is also a wet weather entrance staircase to the first level.

"Sea Forever" sleeps 22 guests in beds and includes your beds made up with luxurious 100% cotton sheets and towel sets for each guest. Your departure cleaning fee is for FULL departure clean giving you the ability to enjoy your last day of vacation and not have to scrub 6 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms, 2 indoor kitchens, 1 outdoor kitchen, 1 outdoor grill and 5 refrigerators, sweep, vacuum and mop the entire house, clean 4 porches and porch furniture, clean the cabana and bar etc not to mention having to wash, dry & put away all of the sheets & washing, drying & putting away all of those towels. Only a 5 minute drive to Edisto Beach.
