Come Relax @ Dorado, PR!!! Beautiful remodeled and peaceful beach villa located in the exclusive area of Dorado del Mar. Our newly remodeled villa offers all the amenities of home. Beach, pool, and children's playground area in walking distance. A fully-equipped kitchen. In this unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, 2.5 bathrooms, living room and dining room. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. Terrace equipped with gas BBQ grill. TV and DVD player. Washing machine and dryer. Water heater. Two parking spots with controlled access. 24/7 security. Wireless internet access.
Access to the beach (walking distance). Community pool with gazebo and bathrooms. Community children play ground. Dorado is a very nice tourist spot located in the north coast of the Island with beautiful beaches and excellent golf courses. It is only 22 miles away from the San Juan Int'l Airport (~30 minutes). Shopping centers, cinemas, restaurants.

Nearby Amenities: 24 hrs walgreens, supermarket, lots of Restaurants near the beach, Applebees, lots of fast food options like Burger King, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Subway, Baskin Robins and much more.... All this just less than five minutes away.

Great Place

Great place for the family to relax after exploring the island. Family area downstairs big enough for everyone yet enough rooms for personal space. Communication with host was great as well! Overall great experience.

Edna and Tania were very responsive and friendly. The home needs to be cleaned more thoroughly, updated and repaired. The beds were comfortable. Overall the home was in a decent location but the entire neighborhood was run down and several amenities weren't open during our stay.

The villa is amazing

This was our first time in Puerto Rico and our experiences were phenomenal and plan to return next year. The villa is amazing met our expectations for our vacation. We stayed seven nights. The villa is fully equipped; very cleaned and spacious. I would recommend the villa to my family and friends.

The multiple keys and garage door entry is confusing at 1st but the place is perfect for a family with bigger kids (teens/young adults) the pool is very nice and close its a minute walk. The beach is very micr as well its about a 7 minute walk but if you are spending day at beach with kids and going with a cooler or chairs you may want to do the 1 minute deive and park there. Doordash easily arrived to area which was great considering 1st day of travel we wanted to eat wash up and rest. The Supermaxx is 24 hours and so is the walgreens in the area. Beds are clean and comfortable...and host really provides all essentials for you to be able to enjoy the space. The host also responds very quickly to any inquiry.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

The unit was great. Plenty of rooms and space. My brother in-law really liked the third floors open floor plan and view. Unit is well provisioned with kitchen cooking and serving utensils, linens, and towels. There is even an IPhone charger for those who forget to pack one. Unit manager, Edna, was great. She provided us with great area information regarding restaurants, and attractions. She answered all emails in a timely manner. We would stay here againn

I had a great trip

Ok the property was perfect for what we need it. Which was sleep. But the owner was great our flight was a late flight so he was able to meet my brother which was staying with us to give him the keys early. The room were clean and neat very comfortable beds. Kitchen was clean and had all you needed to cook a meal even if we did not cook. Love the double security gates. But the town is one of the safest town in PR so no worries about vandalism or been rob. So overall worth the price

Location location

Property was perfect for us to visit family located on Vega Alta and Isabella. Bedrooms are big but must use stairs to access which my 84 year old Mom struggled with but overall we were comfortable. AC on first floor didn’t cool down living room area so I couldn’t leave Mom downstairs. Pool at complex didn’t have enough chairs so bring the ones offered at house. They only have two beach chairs so if you have more people staying at house be advised you will not have enough beach chairs. Restaurants are near but not really walkable for older people. We would stay again.

Condo in Dorado

Condo was conveniently close to beach , pool , and stores. Place has plenty of sleeping space but living room space leaves alot to be desired. 2 old couches are not comfortable and need to replaced. No coffee table or anywhere to put your drink. Kitchen was nice and had everything you might need. Has an outside patio but no furniture. Found a beach chair in one of the closets. Overall was good but with a little effort could be alot nicer. You can tell.its used mostly as a rental.

Reunion

Edna and Erickson along with their grandchildren were exceptional hosts. Property was comfortable and close to conveniences. I would try to make arrangements prior to rental for parking permits for cars as it was a little difficult tracking down the guard to obtain one.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the villa!! Very easy communicating with the hosts, they were super friendly and responded quickly to all our questions. Everything was renovated, just as pictured in all the listing photos.

Great location!!!

Everything was amazing! Edna and Erickson are so nice and quick to respond if you have questions! Very spacious and equipped with everything that you need for your stay. Close to the beach, stores, restaurants/bars and just a short drive to San Juan. I highly recommend it!

Good Location!

I stayed at this property from 12/20/16 - 12/27/16 the property is close enough to the pictures, just a biiiit older but well kept. it has everything you need to cook and have a good stay. plenty of towels but not enough bed sets. there is washer and dryer tho. it was clean, I had no hot water in the master room so we all had to use the shared bathroom to shower. There is no TV in the living room only in the bedrooms which can be a bit boring when looking to stay home and trying to spend time with family but I'm sure it's not something the owners can;t change if you ask. Also there's 24 hrs security and its a controlled access community. ohh and don;t worry! the security guard will tell you of everything you can and can't do! in case the owners forget something. lol Walking distance to the beach and all the Kiosks with live music and ethnic food. Nice Pool area but chairs are in really bad shape. Close to the malls supermarket and restaurants. NOTE: a car is a MUST when staying at this location. SO if you are looking for a place to have a good family time its a good one. if you like a 4 star place I suggest you go to the Dorado Beach! or San Juan. the owner was nice and accommodating. A. Quiet, clean and appealing rental apartment

Attractive situated apartment for you / you who seek a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The landlord was very nice and easy to talk to. Was there anything and he did not get hold of us, came security-guard cyclists and notified. The apartment was well maintained and cleaned. The apartment was also well equipped with everything you needed for self catering. The outdoor area was well-kept with beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers. The pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of space even though it was peak season. In general, there was little with people in the area even though it was peak season.

A Lovely Vacation Villa

We rented the villa two times, one over the Christmas-New Year's holiday and again at Spring Break. The listing was accurately described, and the furnishings were very nice. Each bedroom had its own TV, and the towels were soft and seemed new. The villa was very close to the pool and the grill was a nice addition. The property was well maintained and nicely decorated The villa was a five-minute drive from a modern, well-stocked supermarket. It was a short walk to the beach and to a variety of restaurants. Dorado is an excellent location for a vacation in Puerto Rico. It is a few miles from the Catana ferry that transports you effortlessly to Old San Juan, and it is easy access (and only about 35-40 minutes) to the San Juan airport. We would definitely rent from this owner again.

Our Stay at Dorado

Stayed here for 7 days second day we get there getting ready to cook and the grills not working place a call to owner and they came over right away in the mean time go upstairs to the third floor and flush the toilet and water comes out of every where when owen comes they went and bought a new grill and called plummer that was on sat. he was suppose to come on tuesday wasted a whole day waiting out of my vacation time no show called ower that same nite. She said she would contact him and get back to me that was tuesday she never got back to me so we rented 3 bedroom 3 baths and could not use it, air conditioners leaked water was ever where. I did like the location and owers where very nice but did not take care of the place and would not stay again. Like I said owens were nice but no call back and the situation was never fixed was not fare to me I paid for a 3 bedroom 3 bath home not what I got I got a shower with toilet water. I feel I should have been accommodated some how. But instead I did even get a call back. Thanks

Villa has everything you need!

I went there with a group of 8 girls and the villa was more than perfect! It was very clean and open. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bbq gas grill worked great, the bathrooms had more than enough towels and space for the girls to get ready. The villa was very tastefully decorated. It is only a 10 second walk to the pool which was excellent! The owners provided beach towels, games, beach chairs, and snorkeling equipment. It was very easy to find. The shops were right down the street from the villa which was VERY convenient. It was very close to the beach and only 20-30 minutes away from San Juan. We absolutely LOVED this villa and woud definitely go back!
