The space
Welcome to our stylish beach Villa with a touch of rustic-modern and a hint of minimalism, designed to emanate a soothing vibe just like the ocean waves.

Room One:
This room features a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom bunk and a twin-size bed on the top bunk. It offers a cozy sleeping arrangement for guests. Additionally, you'll find a closet, pillows, and fresh bed sheets for your convenience.

Room Two:
Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep on a Queen-size bed. This room also includes a closet, pillows, and fresh bed sheets.

Master Bedroom:
Relax in the spacious Master Bedroom with a comfortable King-size bed. It includes a desk for work or study and an attached bathroom for added privacy and convenience. This room is equipped with a TV.

Bathrooms:
We offer two well-equipped bathrooms with both hot and cold water. You'll find towels, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion provided. One bathroom is located on the first floor, and another is in the second-floor hallway.

Living & Dining Room:
Relax in the cozy living area, complete with a TV for your entertainment. Adjacent is a dining table with seating for four.

Electronics:
There are TVs in the living room and the Master Bedroom. All rooms are equipped with AC and Wi-Fi for your convenience.

Kitchen:
Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including cooking utensils, a fridge, Pots & Pans, high-quality knives, a coffee maker, and a microwave. Dish soap is also provided for your convenience.

Washer & Dryer:
Feel free to use the washer and dryer, along with laundry detergent.
Parking:
We offer one designated parking spaces, as well as ample parking for visitors within the complex.

Safety:
For your peace of mind, there's controlled access at the parking lot gate and a private entrance to the condominium.

Beach:
The closest beach is just a 2-minute walk away, perfect for ocean enthusiasts like yourself.

Pool:
Enjoy the refreshing pool within the complex during your stay.

All rooms are equipped with AC and Wi-Fi.
Washer & Dryer with laundry detergent is available.
We provide a lockbox for very late arrivals and check-ins.
Enjoy Netflix on the TV using your personal Netflix account.
Our kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience.
The apartment entrance is secured with an electric fence.
Parking is provided, along with free street parking in the neighborhood.

Guest access
Guest have access to the pool area and walk-in distance beach.

The property's electrical service is connected and depends exclusively on the local company that provides this service in Puerto Rico. Therefore, electrical interruptions are not under our control. If there is any interruption in the service, please notify us as soon as possible. However, this event will not result in the cancellation of the reservation and / or any type of refund.
