Snowshed & Ramshead Ski Lodges in walking distance plus shuttle service

Rustic one bedroom / one bath condo that sleeps four at the Mountain Green condo complex and is close to everything. It is across the street from the Snowshed and Ramshead ski lodges.

Our unit is perfectly set up for a couple, friends or a small family. Enjoy the small electric fireplace! There is also a nice balcony where you can enjoy the views and the crisp Vermont winter air.

Our unit is located in building 2 in the Mountain Green Condo complex. Our unit is steps away from the parking lot. There is an elevator, but it is only a half flight of stairs to get to our room. There is also laundry in the building.

The location could not be better for winter, summer, and fall fun. It is located on the 9th hole of the Killington golf course, across the street from the Snowshed & Ramshead lodges and diagonal from the Killington Grand Hotel. The access road that is loaded with all of the legendary restaurants, bars, nightlife, shops, etc. that Killington is known for is just around the corner and a few minute ride down the road.

In the winter there is a free Mountain Green shuttle that picks you up steps from the ski lockers and brings you right to Snowshed. It circles around every 15-30 minutes during peak ski season. Even with the convenient shuttle, both Snowshed and Ramshead are close enough to walk to. For more winter fun walk next door to the tubing area, located at the golf course.

The Mountain Green complex has everything you need. In the winter there is a restaurant, convenience store/deli, gift shop, rental/sports store, fitness center, indoor pool/hot tub, steam room, sauna, fitness center (hours may be limited). There is also a game room for the kids. Although services slow down in the summer, you can still enjoy the outdoor heated salt water pool, located right outside of our building.

Included is use of an outdoor ski locker, Wifi, and all of the firewood that you can burn. There are no phones in the unit. Most cell phone carriers provide good coverage.

In the summer, there is so much to do walking distance from the Mountain Green Resort. There seems to be an event every weekend and there are free concerts at the Snowshed ski lodge on select evenings. Our building is located on the 9th hole of the Killington Golf course. Across that street at the Snowshed lodge they have a mountain coaster, a zip sky ride, zip line, ropes course, kayaking, paddle boarding, Segway tours, ATV Razor tours, and some of the best mountain biking on the East Coast. At the Killington (K1) base lodge they have gondola rides up to the beautiful and scenic peak lodge. The summer at Killington is just as fun as the winter.

There is no air conditioning in our unit and most condos at Killington as it it rarely needed during the summer. It usually cools down nicely in the evening. We do have a few fans in the unit just in case Mother Nature turns up the Vermont temperature.

In the fall you can enjoy the beautiful Vermont foliage, hiking, and seasonal brews.

Please come visit us any month of the year as even in May as there is still good skiing when it is mud season at most other resorts. Weekend goals include skiing, biking, and golfing in May!
