This beautiful and newly built home is situated just two blocks from Sherman Oaks, 5 min by foot to nearest Metro stop, and less than 2 miles from famous Ventura Blvd with all of its shopping and restaurants! LA is a city built for the car so you will never be close to everything and the most important is to not be too far from ANYTHING and that is this home. Universal Studios is only 15 minutes away, Santa Monica 20 min, Malibu 35 min. Many hikes and outdoor activities less than 10 minutes away. This home gives you unparalleled access to all of the major sights in LA including Universal, Beverly Hills, Malibu, Santa Monica.



This is a family friendly one story home with open layout and comfortable seating for all to enjoy. Plenty of seating on couches and chairs to enjoy the large 60" TV loaded with satellite and also streaming apps such as Netflix,etc. The home is outfitted with all the latest modern amenities such as a NEST smart thermostat, top of the line new HVAC system, 80+MB WiFi, and board games to play for further entertainment!



Fully stocked and modern kitchen with a large stainless steel fridge, loaded Keurig coffee machine in addition to a French press, and drop machine, variety of teas and electric kettle for the mornings. Plenty of cooking utensils, spices, and dishware is provided to ensure that you can cook a nice home cooked meal should you choose. Dishwasher, rangetop and oven of course as well. High top dining table.



The spacious Master suite has huge closet, connected bath, and plenty of room for the memory foam roll away beds should you have young ones who want to sleep with you.



Three of four bedrooms have televisions including the BR with Twin beds for the kids, all rooms have blackout curtains for sleeping in, luxurious bedding and top quality mattresses to ensure a good and comfortable nights rest. The house is on the corner of a street with some traffic but you get little noise inside the home courtesy of window placement and dual pane windows throughout.



The outdoor area consists of multiple areas for hanging out with friends and family while BBQ'n in the great California weather! You have the main VERY LARGE outside area on the side with two high end outdoor sofas near the BBQ for socializing while cooking and a large two person hammock for relaxing while the food is being made! Just off the living room you have another smaller patio area which is comfy and surrounded by foliage and you can sit and relax or have a couple drinks.



This home is perfect for families (Pac n' Play is available for guests), groups of friends or business travelers who need some peace and quiet but want to be close to everything and be able to enjoy the great weather of LA.

You will have access to the entire home and property just for yourselves. Nothing is shared in the home.



The Neighborhood:

Just a couple blocks from Sherman Oaks, great freeway access for all the sights of LA and just a 5 min walk to the park with basketball courts, gym, etc



Getting Around:

LA is a city built for the car and you have great freeway access from the house but you also have the metro station just 5 minutes away by foot.
