Location Location: Beachfront home on Lobsterville Beach in Aquinnah, This wonderful beach house is waiting for you! Enjoy the cathedral ceilings in the living room, large kitchen, den and dining room with sliding glass doors opening to lovely yard.
4 spacious bedrooms, 2 baths, 3 fireplaces. Steps from Lobsterville Beach through our private deeded beach dune path. Great for Swimming or taking advantage of local fishing at the 'Dogfish Bar'. Large open new kitchen with granite counters. Hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout. Mahogany decks. Outdoor seating, grill & outdoor shower. Ocean views from every room. View of Menemsha from the beach. Check out the google earth picture and you can see just how close we are to the water!

We stayed with our 3 adult children and partners and had a blast! Great house, great location - a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle “up island.” House is well stocked - beach chairs, towels, bikes, kayak - no need to haul all your own stuff. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful home!

Our family of four stayed at this home for the Memorial Day weekend. Very easy to find and a beautiful location. The views were amazing especially the sunrise! The beds were very comfortable and the home is well stocked with any essentials you may need during your stay. Amy was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Overall perfect stay and we would highly recommend!

Aquinnah

House has everything you need and is very comfy. Regarding prior comment about the smell, it just has the regular smell of a beach house with a fireplace. Really close to the ocean / beautiful views from the second floor in the morning. If you are new to MV, please note that you will have to drive 25-30 min to go to other places. Very dog friendly house, even had the kit to remove ticks from a dog in case. Host always replied quickly.

Christmas at Aquinna.

Spacious property. Walks on the beach. Puzzles and Board games. Visits to Vineyard Haven, Edgartown and Children’s Lighthouse. Already planning to return someday.

Amazing Escape to Paradise Under the Stars

Beautiful home, a short walk from the beach with amazing weather. Aquinnah is such a quiet and unspoiled corner of Martha's Vineyard. The stars at night are so huge and seemingly near in the ink black sky that you might duck your head for fear of bumping into them. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. We want to return soon!!!

Everything about this house and property was amazing. The views and beach were spectacular! Loved being in a more remote area where it was quiet and one could relax and take in the ocean breeze and sunset. Highly recommended!!

Outstanding house!

We had a memorable stay at this property! The house is clean and well maintained, making it a pleasure to relax and unwind. The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable 5 day stay. The house is well-stocked with all the amenities you could ask for, from kitchen supplies to cozy linens. We loved how the layout allowed for both family gatherings in the spacious common areas and quiet private spaces for reading or just enjoying some solitude. It was the perfect blend of togetherness and privacy. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!

Inviting and Comfortable Beach House

This house is just lovely. It is steps from the beach, it is comfortable and inviting and has cute decorating touches throughout the home. It is in beautiful Aquinnah near the Aquinnah Cliffs. My husband and I, and are dogs, were all relaxed and rested after our trip to this home. After having stayed in various VRBO homes, we would recommend this property.

Amazing

We had an amazing Christmas in Aquinnah. Many thanks to Amy for being a gracious host. The location, the house, and all the nice touches for the guests - both humans and canines - were great. Highly recommend for family getaways.

Comfy cottage with ocean view

Every part of this spacious house was well decorated and designed for comfort. The house was steps away from a beautiful beach and in a quiet secluded area. It was stocked with everything you’d need for a perfect vacation.

Aquinnah Gem!

This is a wonderful house in a secluded and private Aquinnah location. We loved watching the sunrise and listening to the waves. The house has everything you need to stay with family or friends and cook and have fun.

Weekend getaway

This house in Aquinnah was the perfect family friendly home for our long weekend at the vineyard! Clean, quaint with island charm, with plenty of room and privacy for two families and two dogs. Short walk to the beach and a big back yard for some after beach bbqs & lawn games! Amy was a fantastic host! Super responsive and extremely hospitable! Highly recommend for your next trip out to the other side of the vineyard. Will stay again!

Lovely Stay in Aquinnah

We are happy to be able to give the owner the first review on their wonderful home. We went with another family and we all had a terrific stay. We enjoyed dinners at the amazing dining room table, peaceful walks on the quiet beach and evening fires in the fireplace. We look forward to visiting Martha's Vineyard again! Perfect house!

Our second summer staying in this house with friends and our 2 dogs. The house is perfectly set up with anything you or your pets could need or want! The yard is lovely and the beach access is amazing! The hosts are extremely accommodating and made sure we were safe with an approaching hurricane. The house is clean, safe and perfect for all!!

Lovely home/fabulous host

We had a bit of a troubled start because of weather and unavoidable issues, but Amy managed all of the glitches from afar with graciousness and generosity. The house was perfect for our family and its proximity to and views of the ocean were a bonus. Great fireplace too... Lovely place to stay. Thanks Amy

Accomodating spot for winter birding

This four bedroom, two bath house located between the street and the beach had everything we needed for five colleagues staying in Aquinnah for the annual bird count. It is nicely and simply decorated, sunny and open downstairs with a dining room that seats eight easily. It was warm enough for us to eat lunch out on the deck. Amy is a great host, easy to reach and relaxed. We had three cars, which meant we squeezed to park in the driveway. We hope to be able to return next year.

We have to say, Amy is wonderful to work with very attentive and responsive and her wonderful home reflects such attributes… Lovely,well maintained, great location and so close to beach steps away. Home is very immaculate and very well stocked with all amenities needed ! Master BR views can’t be beat !! We loved every minute of our stay ,home is exactly as described and then some !!! We fell in love with this house at first sight. It is beautiful inside and out. We love the multiple sound views, the expansive lawn, the light that streams in through the windows and the ability to be on the beach in a minute. We love the dog friendly beach as well.
