We recently purchased the ‘Lavender Lake Estate’ after a multi-year search for the perfect country house!

We were looking for something special for our large family & this estate absolutely blew us away. Pictures don't do the property justice, truly one of a kind!

We’ve been living here since March with my 2 young kids & have made significant investments to make the house even better, especially with kids during quarantine!

Originally intended to be a kids play room we quickly took advantage of the ceiling height and made it a hang out for all ages.

In addition to the living room & family room other common spaces are the upstairs sitting area & our newly finished basement featuring play space for little kids & pool table for the big kids + another 65' Samsung TV.

Once you step outside the house however, that's when you enter the truly unique 1 of a kind property featuring 160' natural stream swimming pond!

The man made pond has a stream that runs through it filtering the water and avoiding the typical swamp/marsh effect that often make ponds too much hassle. Thanks to the stream we don't have mosquito's, algae or pond scum of any kind!
The pond is of course great for swimming and comes equipped with 3 kayaks, SUP (stand up paddle board), dock and other fun swimming gear.

As mentioned above, the house also has a custom built gunite Heated pool with heated jacuzzi spa attached +separate Hot tub mainly for winter months when the pool is covered.

Of course when you're tired of playing in the water you can explore the rest of the property with 10 acres full of hiking trails throughout!!
