• Hot tub closed in winter, reopens on Memorial Day
• Unfortunately, your furry best friend will have to sit this one out as pets are not allowed in this unit
• Complimentary cribs and high chairs are available upon request. Please note that these items are on a first-come, first-served basis at the time of check-in and are not placed in the unit beforehand
• Pick up a wristband from the Grand Geneva Front Desk and enjoy access to the Timbers Waterpark for $25-$35. Please note that access to the waterpark may not be available during some holidays and is always based on availability (all guests over 12 months old must have a wristband)

• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a refundable damage deposit of $115 that will be returned provided there is no damage or additional cleaning required
• The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard!
