Pontoon rental option on our pier, and 2 paddleboards and canoe to use on our calm lake!! Pontoon seats up to 9ppl total, driver has to be at least 29 yrs old with drivers license. single rental: $300 half day and $400 full day with discount multiple day rentals.

We had an amazing Summer weekend at this beautiful house! Cade was very communicative and helped us with local recommendations. It was so peaceful and relaxing being so close to the water, and our daughters loved spending time at the park just across the street. We hope to come back someday!!

Great place to stay!

This was a perfect place to stay for a girls weekend! Having a restaurant/bar right next-door with great food and pizza is an added plus. The owner was excellent in communicating with us. We had to play it hour by hour on whether or not we were going to rent their pontoon due to the weather,and he was great about that.

House is large and comfortably fit all 11 of us. We loved the open concept so we could spend a lot of time cooking and chatting together. View is great. We loved having the bar right next door — great food, staff and drinks! The big beach pictured in the photos is a mile away but the host gives you a car pass to go there. We loved the paddle boards and canoe! The only issues we had were that the beds weren’t very comfortable (except for the King). It was only 3 bedrooms so some of us had to stay in the open loft or the basement. The house has lots of scuffs and marks and could use a fresh coat of paint but if that’s not important to you, the place was good! I contacted the host a couple times with questions and she responded fast and provided solutions. She was very easy to work with. We would stay there again.

Worth the money!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay here! The house might be a little out dated so sure you might see something like a small hole in the wall from a previous shelf or something but definitely nothing that affected our visit! I texted that i might be arriving earlier and the owner made sure i had access to the property. The house was clean and looked exactly like pictures online. Everything was well stocked and we had no reason to contact the property manager which is the way its supposed to be. Some previous reviews talked about the noise from the bar but we couldn't hear anything from inside the house and not enough to complain about while on the back deck. You really can't beat this house this close to the water and the ability to share the experience with family! We'll definitely be back!

Great location

Layout was very nice. Location was great next to the “In the Drink” bar and was a very pleasant place and so were the other bars that are very close to the house within walking distance actually. Furniture was nice but had a few complaints about the beds being old and uncomfortable and the pillows were in need of being replaced. Some of the smaller trees along the drive need to be removed cause they scratch the vehicle while pulling in… master bed room was nice upstairs and shower was very nice!! Furniture is little outdated but functional. Was told foldout down in basement was very uncomfortable and just slept on couch. All in all it is priced right And would recommend this place to a friend and rent again….thanks!!!

Weekend Getaway for Wedding/Birthday

The house is very spacious, with a nice view & great location! Love the decks in different locations & the back yard is pretty private. Really appreciated using the beach pass & having the bar/restaurant right next door. Would definitely rent this space again!

The house was nice and big and in a great location. The public beach is approximately one mile away. The slip docks are good for fishing. The house was clean but in need of some minor TLC.

Wonderful house, better neighborhood

The house was in spectacular shape, situated right next to the water. But what really separated this from any other trip I’ve taken in recent memories Where the people In the area that this houses. Everyone was so nice so welcoming and I can’t wait to go back again.

We will be back!

We rented both houses and the entire group was 100% pleased with our stay. It was a girls-only weekend, but a few of us decided it would be great to come back again with our spouses. We really didn't want to leave the main house it was just gorgeous and our cup of tea. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay.

Family fun at the lake

The property had everything we needed, The area was beautiful. Plenty of room for our group of 11. The flies were a nooses, close the doors quickly. I reached out to the property manager a week or so after I made the reservation, to inquire about the smaller house to invite additional guests, but never heard back. I tried a second time and still didn’t receive a reply to my request. Heard from property manager once final was due. Was giving entry instructions after payment was received. Property manager did check on us during our stay. Great location, because there was family from Wisconsin and Illinois. Would visit again.

A must stay location when visiting Lake Geneva!!

I arrived at the property with my 10 other family members and was pleasantly surprised at both the size and beauty of the home! Everything we needed was on site including dishes, towels bakeware etc. The owner quickly answered any questions we had and was very patient with our changing plans including the rental of the pontoon due to weather. We were just a few minutes from a large family friendly beach and 14 mins from downtown lake Geneva. The bar next door was completely quiet so no worries about rowdy bar traffic. The grill worked great and we enjoyed the burn pit outside for a little bon fire. We saw lots of baby deer around the neighborhood which the kids loved. I will 100% choose this location if ever in the area again!!

Fantastic Weekend!!!!

We loved the house and renting the pontoon. We had fun downstairs playing the games. The large table in the dinning area was perfect for the 6 adults playing cards at night. Two days on the pontoon was the best part of the weekend. Would love to rent again!!!!!!!

Delightful property

My five best friends and I spent the weekend in lake Geneva celebrating our 60th Birthday. This property was spacious and centrally located. Everything you needed was provided. The property owner was warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back

Great place for a girl's weekend

The house seemed much larger in person than what I thought from the photos. Also, there is a bar directly next door which was nice to stop by while we waited for our other friends to show up. The house was quite nice -- one of the TVs mounted on the wall fell a bit from the mount, but the communication with the hosts was great. They responded quickly and showed up to fix the TV mount right away.

I bought this cottage in a summer cottage community in lake Geneva for myself, and tore down to build a new home. I repurposed many of the doors and used antique barn beam to support the loft. I did much of the work myself before meeting my now husband...and moving in with him in our home 5 minutes away to start our little family, but we love the community so much so I never sold it, and we live close by and still enjoy the local amenities ourselves! My daughter and her friends enjoy along the paddle boards and canoe and swimming at our homeowner beaches (2).

this home is not priced like many of the rentals on the larger lake. Our smaller lake is less crowded and it is an easy commute to everything in lake Geneva without the price or traffic. there are 3 a little restaurant/pubs next door and a short walk or golf cart drive down our lovely HOA lakefront with great family friendly menus and often have music in the summer. our community is a charming summer cottage community with many of the cottages owned by generations of families. Our pontoon boat and paddle boards are the best to enjoy our lovely lake and the fishing is amazing! Both during the winter and summer!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

2 miles of private HOA owned lakefront with 2 beaches. Use the 4 man canoe or our 2 paddleboards to enjoy our calm lake. Pontoon Boat available as well. Our lake has good fishing for bass, bluegill and northern pike, kids can catch catfish off the shore. my nephew won the largest fish contest a couple of years ago...his catfish was so big...he had to hold it with both hands!! we also are a golf cart friendly community. you can drive a golf cart on our roads and along the lake!!
