House feet in the water

Located in the marina Port-Ripaille, this house can comfortably accommodate an XL family up to 5 children for an unforgettable holiday.

The house includes a parking space, a private pontoon for a sailboat up to 12m, an east facing terrace with jacuzzi 3 places, a veranda, a kitchen open to the living room (TV, DVD, Wii) and a dining area.
On the floor, the distribution is the following one:
-Bathroom with washing machine, sink and small tub / shower. Separate WC.
Bedroom 1: double bed 160x200, travel cot and a large wardrobe. from this room, access to a west-facing terrace with a small view of the lake (see photo)
Bedroom 2: a single bed, a desk and a small wardrobe. Window with mosquito net on the east side (view on the marina).
Bedroom 3: Closet, desk and small sofa bed 2 places. Window with mosquito net on the east side. Access by a ladder of sucker to a mezzanine including a double bed of 140x200. From this mezzanine is accessed by a hatch at the top that have been converted (with velux) into dormitories for children (4 beds).
The equipment of the owner is available against good care: Stand-up paddle, bicycles, roller skates, fishing rods, beach equipment, board games .... this list does not engage the lessor. Inquire before your arrival if you have a specific request.
The precise location and access to the house is given by mail a week before your arrival, it is located in a dead end street at 3-4 minutes walk from the beach.

 The terrace overlooks the marina and is not secure. Children who can not swim or are not under the constant supervision of an adult will wear a lifejacket (available).
