This beautiful 2bd/2ba, 4th floor condo is located directly across the street from the beach and has amazing views of the ocean. Unit has all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. Sleeps 6 with 1 queen, 2 twins and a sleeper sofa.

Condo features tile flooring throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Smart TV's in both bedrooms and the living room and comfortable furnishings. This condo is on the 4th floor (top floor) and the private balcony off of the living room faces the ocean and offers gorgeous views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and there is a washer & dyer in the unit for your convenience. *Exterior of property under 24 hour surveillance*

Perfect location

The condo was very clean with a great view of the beach. Only a quick walk to the beach. There was plenty of room and a great kitchen.

Absolutely incredible!

Could not have asked for more! Amazing location, immaculate accommodations and all around awesome! It felt like home, we were able to prepare all the meals we wanted and had everything and more that we could have needed. Thank you so sooooo much for helping our family make memories that will last a lifetime! Hope to stay again!

Great Location!

This condo has a great location for walking to the beach, shopping or eating. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching traffic and the ocean with great views. TV’s we’re hard to get figured out in the bedrooms. Never got one of them figured out. The kitchen needs spoons.Overall good place to stay.

Overall Good.

This was an overall good place to stay. You can tell they didn’t deep clean. Sand under stuff/found a French fry under the bed. Why I am only giving this a 3 star rating. It came with linens. I do not think they washed the linens. The pillows smelled like someone else had been on them, the comforter my daughter had on her bed either had what I am hoping was just chocolate on it and the sheet on the queen bed had a stain on it. We brought our own blankets and pillows so we didn’t complain about it. Other than that it had everything we needed plus they gave us dish soap and dishwashing tablets that was nice.

Fun in the Sun

The place was nice but could have been cleaner. The dishes and silverware were put away dirty due to the soap box not opening during cycle. No spoons! Went to North Beach Reality wtth the list and they were very apologetic and gave us lots of spoons. Also TV in master never worked. Had maintenance fellows 3 times, but still didnt work. The code for the lock was hard to unlock. The owner was very helpful when we tried to get in and were locked out!! Knew he was probably watching us but didnt mind a bit!! Better instructions need to be written on how to lock the door.

Needs help

Vrbo puctures and condo are not the same. Honestly this place was very dirty, pull out coach still had a sheet on it from last renters, mold and soap scum all in the shower of master bath. Floors covered in sand and didn't look to have been cleaned. Kitchen trash can is a 1 or 2 gallon trash can with a 13gallon bag in it. The guest bed room beds are very small. Upon entry the ring door bell had someone watching us constantly. Outaide of the building had alot of vinyl siding missing and falling apart. Honestly overall cleanliness was horrible and very weird the ring was constantly watching us.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can get these issues addressed. The homeowner has a ring doorbell to protect their asset. When the unit is vacant they check up on it. When the unit is occupied they mostly ignore it.

Not worth it. And we felt like we were being watched

The property wasn’t clean. Cracker Wrappers behind the Master bed and trash in bathroom The shower was clogged which we had yo call to get fixed. Main elevator didn’t show what floor you were on and we walked had to walk up 5 floors daily more than once a day. The fan in the second room didn’t work and it was quite hot in this room. There were Fruit flies all over. The Worst part was Since when is it OK to install cameras and a nest system that appeared to be on? It chirped every time you walked passed it. The keyless entry system was a pain to use and didn’t work half the time. You had to push on the door to make sure the door would lock. We felt like our privacy was invaded and having motion sensors and/or cameras in the unit and on the balcony was highly upsetting. This is illegal and unacceptable. The check in process was a nightmare. Over 50-75 people checking in at the same time is ridiculous and no clear indication of the system when you got there. NEVER EVER Again would I use north beach realty or stay at this property. A refund should be granted. This was the worst vacation Experience I’ve had in a long time

This unit does not have cameras inside the condo. There are door sensors on the front door and sliding glass door that are connected to the thermostat and security system. There is however a ring door bell.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My only complaint was during our stay one of the maintenance men came into our room unannounced to clean AC filters. Being that none of us knew he was there, my girlfriend had just got out of shower and was naked walking to kitchen which he got to see. I never seen her run so fast. Everything else was pretty good with our stay besides that.

4th of July Vacation at the Beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of our condo. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. Our condo could have been a little cleaner. The first thing we had to do was sweep and mop. However, there are/were big concerns for the safety of the stairs in this building. One side of the stairs in the building are certainly not up to code and are very steep and uneven. Even though there are signs warning you of steep stairs, it is hard to believe that these steps meet ADA codes. Very thankful that the elevator was working because I understand that recently there have been problems with the elevator. Being on the 4th floor, it would have been a nightmare trying to carry up luggage, supplies, etc. if the elevator was not working. But overall, we had a good experience.

Great experience

Our stay at the property was excellent. Debbie the property manager was excellent she cleaned after everybody always had a smile on her face and was very helpful. The room itself was fine. The only issue was the Internet was slow and on the balcony there is a closet that separated the balcony. So it was very difficult for four of us to stand on one side we had to talk to each other through a closet. Other than that the condo itself would be a place that We would stay again

Condo is very beautiful and view is amazing.

We had a wonderful time staying in this Condo. Condo is well stocked and has nice decor that is modern. View is amazing and location is close to attractions. We would definitely stay again. Only down fall was the elevator was out which was not fault to the owner but was difficult on my husband because he is disabled. Over all rating between 0-10. 10 being the best. Good experience

Overall we had a wonderful time. The location was wonderful. Plenty of things within walking distance. My only complaints would be not having elevator service, which we knew about, and a moldy shower curtain.We had to purchase a new one for use. Overall a wonderful time.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was very clean and located in a great spot. Had a great view of the ocean. Could use 2 more chairs on patio. Only downside was the elevator was out of order and we were on the fourth floor. Very difficult for my husband who has MS and for my parents.

Close to beach, quieter part of town

The elevator was broken for our entire stay and we were on the 4th floor so that may not work for everyone. The location of this condo is in north myrtle beach in the quieter part of town but still close enough to all the main attractions. We loved going to the Chillen and Grillen about 2 blocks away, yummy burgers and food for the family. Other then the elevator being down, which we were compensated for, we had a great time in this location.

View from the balcony is amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy, loved that it had 2 bathrooms which made getting ready much easier for our family. The elevator was broken during our stay, but we were informed before arrival and we were given a discount since it was not fixed while we were there. No complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Issues with elevator and bathroom

The property was just as pictured and check-in and management were wonderful. However, was told before check-in that elevator was supposed to be fixed early in the week but was not fixed the whole time, was given a small credit for the inconvenience. Also, on Thursday, maintenance told my son and his friend that they could not use the guest bathroom because the water was leaking on the room below. So we were without a bathroom for a day. Would have given a 5-star rating if not for those issues.
