Welcome to Carolina Reef (9th floor) oceanfront penthouse. Perfect corner unit for spectacular views from every window. Relax on the balcony & listen to the waves as you watch sunrises & sunsets each day. Bring your binoculars so can spot dolphins in the daytime or watch the nightime neon glowing off in the distance down the Grand Strandl coastline. Whether you wish to lounge on the beach, relax by the pool, stroll the outlet shopping centers, or enjoy a round of golf, we are sure you will find your stay both relaxing & enjoyable.

This unit includes ceramic tile throughout and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, appliances, 2 coffee makers, & utensils and dishware for home-cooked meals. Great dining table (seats 4) by the window facing south, for the best evening sunset views. The oceanfront main (Queen) bedroom has sliding door access to the balcony and en-suite bathroom with tub/show combination. The 2nd bedroom (Queen) shares the hall bath (tub/shower combo) and oversized picture window, facing south down the beach.

There is an outdoor pool and kiddy pool on-site for the whole family to enjoy. Enjoy the secure high-speed wireless internet and 55-inch smart TV in the family room!

Barefoot Landing is less than 5 minutes away and a real crowd-pleaser. Set along the Intracoastal Waterway in beautiful water and nature inspired surroundings with all the fun and excitement of shopping, dining, entertainment & special events for the whole family. Alligator Adventure will thrill kids of all ages with alligator feedings, reptile shows, over 11 acres of wildlife. Netflix didnā€™t work. Elevator went down but was fixed quickly. Having beach accessories to use was a great bonus but do wish we would have known that in advance to help with planning. Overall great property with simple check in process. Would stay again.

The place was old and dirty,, sand was all over.the floor and when it rained the hallways were vflooded, we also paid for insurance and they charged us 300.00 for any breakage qhich we haven't got back. It was a horrible experience.

The TV was problematic, though, and a half hour on the phone with the cable company did not help. WiFi was fine. The pools are very nice and beach access is great.

The rental process was simple and straight forward and we had no problems getting our keys even though we arrived late at night. The condo was clean and well stocked and is in a quiet section of north myrtle beach. We had everything we needed for our stay. The towels, bedding, etc... were of great quality and comfortable. We hope to make it back for another visit this summer!

Had only one issue that needed attention and after messaging the owner, it was taken care of on a very timely manner. The owner was very responsive to messages that were sent to him. The location was central to many good restaurants and Barefoot Landing. Never had a problem with parking. The beach at the condo was nice. During the 3rd week of September, the beach wasn't crowded at all. If visiting North Myrtle Beach again, I'd book this condo again.

We didnā€™t expect to be in the condo for much other than sleeping and eating. Our main stays would be out on adventures and sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and the smell of the ocean. And this stay provided access to all that. There were only two main issues that hindered a great experience. The management company was cheap (had to buy our own toilet paper??) and the condo smelled like cigarette smoke every time the air came on. So I do have a sensitive nose so most people probably canā€™t smell it. But we smelled it inside and we smelled it on the balcony. Granted I am not aware of how that could be prevented by the condo owner but it ruined our experience. I guess condo living is not for us. If you donā€™t mind such scents, as I am sure many donā€™t, it is a great stay. Just bring your toilet paper and trash bags.

Reviewer Comments: We got a call while we were on our way to Myrtle Beach on Friday, July 30 2021 from Tyrone. He asked if we would like to check in on Friday instead of Saturday, July 31 2021 we could and that he spoke to the owner and we could have it for $150 cash. We were also promised that the unit would be in pristine condition. We got checked in and went to the unit and the place smell nice however the beds were not changed out and we slept on dirty sheets from the last guests. There was a large whits stain on the comforters. I still have the pictures of this. I called the morning of August 2 around 9:15 AM and spoke to Amanda?!? She made promises that did not happen. I asked for all new bedding, comforters and for the place to be re-cleaned. Although I spoke to someone multiple times each day on Saturday and Sunday. No one came out to clean and have comforters until Monday. New sheets and one comforter was left at the door and we were promised it would happen way before that. We were also having to step all over the dirty stuff because no one came to clean. I would never recommend your company to anyone. It took almost half my vacation to get the place clean. I still am very upset about the entire experience. I feel like I did not get the relaxation I deserved and your company is to thank for that. It took me getting the owner involved to get some what satisfaction. Like I said I still need a time to relax because my trip was not. Also the owner did not know that we checked in a day earlier than our reservation.
