This huge 2000 square foot, 3 bedroom plus den town-home is a newer property in Crested Butte AND is 1/2 block from the slopes. Fabulous kitchen, amazing master bedroom - big king. King in the second bedroom, 2 singles in the third bedroom and queen pullout in the living room. Heated garage. Dining table feeds 8. Beautifully appointed in Colorado style, with beamed ceiling- the town-home has full bus access to all of Crested Butte right in front. Balconies with incredible valley views from the 2-story windows. Enjoy breathtaking Colorado sunsets from the comfort of this living room! It is one of the most beautiful rentals in Crested Butte of this size. The garage is heated, for two vehicles parked in tandem, a third vehicle can park outside in front of the garage. *Please note garage is not suitable for large oversized trucks/vans. In winter, it's walk to lifts - you don't have to cross a street to get to the West Wall and Peachtree lifts. In Summer, you have incredible views down the green valley of Crested Butte, and it's an easy walk to the lifts, which you can take in the summer and mountain bike or walk down. There is a common hot tub that has a gorgeous view - it's outside and is beautiful.

Place was very clean and had everything you needed for the stay! They communicated very well and accommodated a late checkout for us when some of our plans had changed. Would definitely be back!

Great location and amenities

This was our 2nd stay at Treasury Point. Cant beat the location and amenities. This unit was clean and well supplied. We'd book there again.

Beautiful Townhouse!

Perfect location with the best amenities. Loved all of the special touches the property manager did to welcome our group of four. Excellent communication and cleanliness. Highly recommend!

A Wonderful Stay

We loved this home and view. The porch was so nice to sit on and enjoy the sounds and weather and mountian peak. The house had everything we needed. It was spacious even. And they gave us a nice welcome bag with local goods in it, all delicious! And the master upstairs has a bidet toilet. Super cool. There is no A/C, but it wasn’t needed. Opening doors and windows at night made it plenty cool for the day. We loved the location. Only 6 min drive to town. And there is a trail head we walked to from our house for the Upper Loop trail. I have to say communication with the property manager, Paige, was exceptional. She answered all our questions and was very friendly. We even forgot something important when we left and she was willing to ship it back to us. I highly recommend this property and will be back!

Walk to the Slopes!

We stayed for a long ski weekend with two other couples. The space was comfortable and well-kept with all the necessary amenities. The hot tub was close to the unit and a nice way to relax after skiing. The hosts left a sweet welcome bag of goodies, which was a really nice touch. The hosts were really easy to communicate with and were accommodating when we accidentally locked our keys in the car at check out, allowing us to stay a little longer while we got it sorted. I would definitely recommend staying here and we’re looking forward to coming back!

New Year ski week

We had a lovely stay at treasury point condo and enjoyed the location and the hot tub. It took us a day to figure out the bus system but it was easy and very handy. Beds are super comfortable!!! We had an issue with fire place and tv upon arrival but the property manager took care of it in a timely manner and answered all questions. There was a problem with the lock on the front door that wasn’t repaired during our holiday stay but it wasn’t an issue. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay and I would stay again. Also the kitchen and den area is comfortable for hanging out and cooking, watching tv etc

So great!

This is our second time staying as a group of 8 (two families of 4). Easy, quick walk to the slopes or take the bus. Hot tub is nice- helpful to bring your own pool towels since they are not provided and you'll need to use shower towels. The living room furniture could be updated a bit and add more comfy seating for larger families but not a big deal. Hopefully we will be back again!

Great location and gorgeous views

We recently stayed for a family ski trip. We stayed with our family of four and my mother-in-law and her husband. The location was perfect with easy access to the lift. We had plenty of room for our family and loved the gorgeous views. The condo was stocked with essentials and they even provided a sweet gift bag. We had some parking trouble as F150 pickups do not fit in the garage, but the manager was able to help us get it parked without a problem so we could enjoy our trip. Just wanted to share so guests can plan accordingly. Management was more than helpful with every question and even further assisted me after we left as I left my purse on the property. We couldn’t ask for better service and would love to stay again when in CB. Highly suggest this spot!!

Stunning home

Fantastic host including a guest gift of marinara sauce for dinner and local Rum, super nice condo excellent bedding and comfortable beds, convenient to bus stop and close to the lift She had everything you would need for the week including the shampoo and soap! We will definitely return for this rental in the summer time

A great place to stay in crested Butte

My family of four stayed at this property over spring break. It was very clean and easy to find. The owners left a nice welcome package and everything went smoothly during our stay. The kitchen was well appointed in the washer and dryer worked well. The only drawback was the stairs, but a little more exercise never hurt anyone. We would recommend this property to others.

Fun ski getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was a short walk to the West Wall lift and convenient with the bus route passing by our front as well. The only change I would recommend is to upgrade the television situation. The master bedroom had a very old tube tv with no cable/satellite service hooked up, only an old DVD player with no remote. Otherwise it was a nice place and the property management was attentive.

Great stay and awesome location.

Crested Butte is one of the best last ski towns in America. The townhome was spacious and inviting. Check in could not have been easier and the kitchen was great for family dinners due to COVID restrictions. A 5 minute walk to the chair lift and then ready to crush the mountain. Thanks for the stay. We will be back.

Beautiful, Well-Appointed Condo

We had a great stay in this condo. There was plenty of space for our family of 5, although the dining table seats only 4. We really appreciated that the basics were provided: dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, etc. That helps a great deal. The location was good - the shuttle was convenient and stopped right outside the condo. We used the shuttle to and from the slopes. It's really too far to walk. The owner's car is in the garage, but it is a double-depth garage, so we were able to fit our SUV in as well. Overall, a great condo - very cozy and comfortable!
