The penthouse consists of an extra large living area, dining area, gourmet kitchen, 2 king bedroom suites, 1 queen bedroom suite, 1 twin bedroom suite, a game room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds, and 2 twin blow up mattresses, 4.5 bathrooms, a steam shower, 3 private balconies, a utility room with a full sized washer and dryer, and an elevator that opens directly into the penthouse private foyer. The unit has beautiful custom furnishings and has been recently updated with all new fresh paint, plush carpeting and luxurious bed and bath linens. This property is well suited for a large family or several families, offering a significant amount of privacy and space for everyone.

Black Bear Lodge is a beautiful condominium complex located at the base of Crested Butte Mountain offering underground heated parking serviced by an elevator, an outdoor hot tub *****(Please note: Hot Tub & grill will be closed from 9/9/24 - 9/13/24 & 9/16/24 - 9/24/24),***** and outdoor grilling facilities.

The winter activities are second to none. With an abundance of ski runs ranging from green to extreme double black, Mt. Crested Butte offers something for every type of skier. The kids' ski programs are extensive, and the base of the mountain offers bungee jumping, tubing, and zip lining. For those more adventurous skiers, Crested Butte offers an excellent array of back country skiing.

While skiing is king in Crested Butte, the summer and fall seasons offer incredible weather and marvelous activities. Fishing, hunting, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, whitewater rafting, and numerous town activities are wonderful during the warmer months. The summer kids' programs are also incredible. Summer activities at the mountain include miniature golf, a rock climbing wall, bungee jumping, zip lining, Frisbee golf, and a ropes course. Crested Butte has also been designated the “wildflower capitol of Colorado” and the golden aspens in late September and early October make the area absolutely gorgeous. For outdoor sport's enthusiasts, the fly fishing and elk hunting are world class!
