Beautifully built and well designed, 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa to rent, 6km from Town Centre & Beach. Hua Hin Villa is a 10 minute drive from Hua Hin, 2.5 - 3 hours from Bangkok.
Light, airy and modern, with ceiling fans throughout, this comfortable villa is a real home from home. The villa has 2 double bedrooms ( main with ensuite bath, tv and dvd, patio doors to garden) & 1 twin room, all with air con.
The lounge has 2 very comfortable sofas, flat screen tv and dvd player, a selection of books, dvds, cds and games for your entertainment. The villa has an excellent kitchen and dining area, European style, with oven/hob, electric kettle and toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, plus all the cutlery and crockery you may need. There are good local supermarkets and convenience stores on the main street 300m from the complex, local markets close-by most days of the week, and there is even a large Tesco in town to cater for all your shopping needs.
Outside, on the terrace is a wooden Thai style 3 piece suite with cushions, for you to relax, in the private garden is a patio area with 2 sunbeds with cushions, a reclaimed teak garden table and chairs with umbrella.

The villa is situated on a quiet, newly built, with 24 hour security, gated and guarded, village complex, with a large shared pool in a pretty green garden, with big sunbathing patio with sunbeds. There is even a small air-conditioned gym. Free Wifi is available in the pool and garden area. Wifi can also be arranged in the house, please advise if this is required.
Getting from the Villa to Hua Hin town centre is easy, you can hire a car, catch a Tuk Tuk, hire a motor bike, or even try the local bus from the end of the road.
Hua Hin, home of the Thai Royal Family, is tranquil and safe. It has much to offer the discerning visitor from splendid safe, fine, long white sandy beaches to tropical forest, mountains, lakes and rivers. Located only 230 km(145 miles) South of Thailands capital Bangkok , Hua Hin is close enough to make daily excursions to many of the countries exciting attractions including Bangkok itself, The Floating Market , The River Kwai Bridge and Railway and National Parks including Khao Sam Roi Yod.

Hua Hin is geared towards families, couples and those wanting "something different". The emphasis here is less on night-life and more on excellent restaurants and places to relax - why not take some time out and let your stresses disappear by visiting one of the many spas available in Hua Hin.

The area has amazing long sandy beaches with shallow safe water. There are water parks, elephant villages, fishing lodges, Atv and go- karting, 'floating markets', night markets, a large air conditioned shopping mall, temples, a vineyard, Thai cooking courses and much, much more. Golfers will be particularly impressed by the 10 golf courses (4 of which boast professional status).
Hua Hin is also a great spot to learn the new exciting sport of kite-surfing. There are 2 schools in Hua Hin area that can take you from beginner to instructor level.
Right outside of the villa complex are a number of small restaurants with delicious local food, about 200m away is a great Italian Restaurant.
On the main road, 300m from the complex, are many more restaurants, bars, supermarkets, convenience stores and pharmacy and local market.
In the town itself there is a huge array of shops, bars, street vendors and excellent markets (day and night). As mentioned before, there is an abundance of restaurants offering a variety of cosmopolitan and excellent local Thai foods. Prices are very reasonable and the food is exquisite!
The local 'truck bus' ( green colour) passes regularly, in the daytime, on the main road 300m from the village. Just wave it down and jump in the back, currently only 15 baht to town. From the drop off point there are smaller trucks to different places around the area. The beach, restaurants and shops/market are in walking distance of the drop off.
Taxis to town can be called to the village and you can arrange your return trip with them, reasonably priced.
Car/motorbike hire can be arranged.
Airport Pick up.
We can arrange Airport pick-ups from Bangkok Airport direct to the villa. Prices on request. Your own transport is not 100% necessary but would be an advantage.
Electricity is not included in the rental price. It is paid locally based on a meter reading. A 2000 baht per week electricity deposit must be paid on checking in, any unused balance to be refunded on check-out, or higher use to be paid for.
The villa is part of a quiet family style development, on the edge of a Thai village. There is occasional noise, but it is generally peaceful. The villa is not suitable for loud and late parties.
No smoking inside the house and no pets.
