-Parties, gatherings or overnight stays for non–VRBO guests are not allowed (please ask beforehand).
-Be respectful of our neighbors, especially at night.
-Please understand our house is not kid friendly: three-level house with stairs from top to bottom & the railings which can pose dangers to children. We do not recommend bringing young children into our house for safety reasons.
-Please do not bring beverages or food into any the bedrooms (except water) because of light colored carpet. A fee will be charged to your account, if carpet is stained and requires to be professionally cleaned.
-Close the windows at all times & before leaving the house.
